My husband has been taking these and swears that the Ethistle the Dr recommended is working.

I don't really like to leave reviews like this, because the issues really stem from my own body's reaction to various supplements. However, it may help someone else to pinpoint an issue that they would never dream was connected to something as benign as Vitamin E. I was diagnosed with fatty liver a few weeks back and as part of the healing protocol I purchased this particular supplement. Because this is a fat soluble vitamin your body doesn't excrete it immediately, but it can build up in your system that is why I did not notice the effect right away. I had increasing fatigue but thought it might be from my liver detoxing, until today. A few hours after taking it, I lapsed into a state of utter exhaustion. That is what spurred me on to find out the cause, and thankfully the info is available online about the side effects of vitamin E on some people. Well as usual, I am "some people"! I went ahead and gave this a four star rating because overall it is probably a good supplement, but even after inquiry about the standardization of the milk thistle extract that it contains, I received no answer as to it's strength. So if you find yourself overly fatigued after taking vitamin E you might be in the "some people" group like I am. BTW way I do the same thing when I take vitamin C, and it is water soluble. Crazy life these days!

this is a healthy choice to maintain your liver in good conditions, my father begun to take this pills after a doctor recommendation, and always has his liver perfectly in any check to he do with the doctor.

Did not help. Save your money

Just what the Dr. recommended. We will see how my liver enzymes on my lab reports turn out next month.
