I ordered the rose gold 44400 for myself. It wouldn’t charge completely (there are 4 lights that indicate charge status; the fourth one would not light). So I reported that via Amazon’s return/exchange option online, requesting a replacement. A new one arrived the next day! It is now fully charged, and I have packaged the defective one for return as directed and will drop at the UPS store nearest me today. So easy!!! I haven’t yet used it to charge anything. But I did use my daughter’s Halo Bolt last week when Dallas had a major storm and power outage for days. It was so helpful that I ordered one for my husband for Father’s Day (the other model without the wireless charging pad, and his has the sleek looking wood grain finish) and this model for myself. I plan to buy another one for my son’s birthday in August. My son-in-law told me he charged three car batteries with his before having to recharge their Halo Bolt. Great gadget to have handy!

I bought a Halo for myself and have since used it many times. It's funny seeing peoples reactions when you jump their vehicles in less than 30 seconds. I have now bought one for each if my kids. Well worth the money. They are time savers and it feels great having the security of all that they can do. Not just for jumping batteries. Say you get stuck somewhere or go camping, if you have your Halo you can charge many items or use it for lights, heaters, fans, etc... to make your time more enjoyable.

Battery clamps poorly made.Came apart the first battery jump.Had to replace with heavier clamps.

The power usually goes out whenever it rains or when PG&E decides there's a fire danger in our area. This battery is just so long-lasting and handy, power outages are no longer about getting all the flashlights and camping gear out. I bought two! It easily runs the computer, charges the phones, and keeps my embroidery lamp on. Love it.

Great small/ medium size. Light weight BUT DID NOT HOLD A GOOD CHARGE like I expected..I want to Return but don't know how to get ahold of HALO... :( :(

This is one more amazing product it jumped my husband’s F250 off when his battery went dead. after that he wanted me to get all of our children want for Christmas. That was the biggest hit at Christmas it will wirelessly charge your phone also to USB ports to charge your phone electrical outlet a flood light and jumper cables to jump your car off what else do you need

I bought this Halo Bolt to use to jump start one of my cars that had been sitting (stored) for several weeks. A friend had let me us his Bolt when tailgating to power an electric knife and I was impressed enough to order my own. I attached it to the car battery and within seconds the car alarm started going off. I walked around and started the car on the first attempt. I am very impressed with the power in this small package!
