I thought maybe these might be fun for my Storm Trooper loving 5 year old and while they may be too simple for his age group, I think they are awesome. He displays them more then he plays with them but they seem quite durable, and perfect for smaller hands. If your kids a Star Wars geek and under the age of 5 I'd say go with it. Six troopers for the price is unbeatable. Plus they move at all the proper joints (expect knees) and I imagine adding more figures from the set would be double the fun.

Great toy for my son's Christmas!! I highly recommend this to any Star Wars fan. This toy has thick plastic and is durable in the hands of smaller boys who are rough on their toys.

Great set of "bad guys" for Star Wars playtime. My 4-year-old son has many "good" guys and loves this addition to his set of Playskool Jedi Force figures and ships. They are a great size for his age, fairly easy to pose and stand up, and work well with the ships (exception: there is one ship that really does not fit its figure well - the white and red ship for Obi Wan, such a squeeze to get him in there with his saber). Not directly related to this item, but... I believe that we should continue to question Playskool/Hasbro about their choice not to produce the important female figures for this set. There is no Leia or Padme figure available for this set. This is especially maddening given that they have produced Jar-Jar Binks, a generally disliked character by fans, and Kit Fisto, an unknown character. Girls like Star Wars, too. I contacted them via facebook and email and got a very vague non-answer and no promise of action.

We bought 2 of these sets for my youngest son so he could have a nice Stormtrooper army and they are really cool.Galactic Heroes are a good place to start if you're buying for kids around 5-8.I have no complaints with this set but I do wish Hasbro would offer a wider verity of characters and ships.Some of the older ones from a few years ago like the X-Wing and AT-ST are too expensive on the secondary market.

The figures are great, only wish I looked around before purchasing. Found them cheaper elsewhere.

Got this for my son for Christmas, happy I did some research first on this as Amazon was the cheapest place for this set. My son was SO excited when he opened this gift. Love Playskool and their little toys like this, makes it easier for cleanup and playing.

My son specifically asked for these. They were hard to find, but I'm glad I did. They are great figures because their fat feet help them really stand up. We take them to dinner and they keep all 3 of my kids entertained.

Love the format of these figures. Very nicely detailed.and well constructed. At first I was a bit put-off by the weapons molded into their hands, but now I realize this works much better if you plan on giving them to young children.

This whole range, despite its name, is I think suitable for ages 3 to about 8. They are stylised to be more suitable for younger kids but in return have their own unique look and are extremely robust. The arms articulate but the legs, head etc are fixed.The trooper’s guns are fixed though and can’t be removed.The quality is excellent. What they lack in outright flexibility they make up for in simplicity and robustness.

My son LOVED them! And such great packaging, I'm saving the box lol. This is the original set not the new re-released set so it's definitely worth the price

A stocking filler for my 5 year old Star Wars obsessed son and he loves them. They are small enough for him to carry around in a little rucksack so he can play with them out and about or when we go away, he can spend a good hour lost in his own little world with them! He keeps them next to his bed every night so they must be a big hit.
