Excellent value for money
Proper old school simple, sturdy case which arrived in immaculate condition (exactly as shown in the pictures). Like an eejit though, I got my measurements wrong so had to return the case. Was a bit gutted as it was exactly what I was after and it was great value for money. The seller handled the return perfectly despite it being my error.

Great value for money
For the price, this case is absolutely fantastic. Feels sturdy and has a nice finish. Interior is nice has space for my 3/4 cue, a mini-butt, plenty of chalk and there's still space left. Is it the best quality cue case out there? No...but it is a very good case and even better given the price. Wish I had found it ages ago! Have bought other more expensive cases that were nowhere near as good.

Arrived broken.
I would happily rate this cue case much higher, had I not had to DIY half of it to make it work. The (rather brief) good:A nice finish on the tough outer shell. This material seems relatively resistant, and is not a horrendous eye-sore. It's smooth, and my cue feels safe inside of it.The bad:Arrived broken. Not one, but TWO of the hinges were not attached at all. It was clear that they had either been shoddily attached, or simply sent to me already broken. Main hinge (that ensures the case opens smoothly) had fallen off completely, surrounded by scratches and residue from where the screw had been improperly fitted, and one of the other hinges had fallen off in a similar manner. The screws for the main hinge were not in the package at all, meaning I had to use some of my own for the product to be usable at all. This type of product being shipped out is not acceptable at all, and I was considering sending the product back. As well as this, the company's branding is somewhat obnoxiously printed on the case. Though the design is not as obnoxious as some of the others I have seen, it's far from subtle or elegant. The name, "Baize Master" seems utterly ironic for a company that is too incompetent to send a correctly assembled case.All-in-all, the product is usable, if you can bare building it yourself.

Poor quality.. fallen apart!
Case goes from car boot to snooker club so absolutely not been dropped or taken any knocks... Top and bottom ends of case broken and now held together with tape... Cheap to buy, rubbish quality

Cannot really comment on the durability of the product but it was as described, arrived in good time and fits the bill. Recommended thus far!
