Very easy to setup. Used once and noticed a small 1inch long tear. I packed it away easy to take down and notified Amazon. The option to return for refund was there but I didn't want to return it so I waited. Just before 30 days was up an exchange option was there now. I filled request and then had shipping label printed. The next day Amazon texted and said the seller wants a word with me. I texted seller Outdoor Basic, and they asked if I can send picture of damaged part. I did and they are sending a new canopy and told me to discard the old canopy. I have nothing to return as I love the canopy and have need of it. Thank you Outdoor Basic your product and customer service is top notch.

Love this canopy for the beach or parties. I purchased this for a December birthday and it kept us warm with all walls up! I used it in March (unexpected rain) and the water came in through the tiny holes on top! Only negative report I have!

Quality is good

I wanted to love this canopy so much! First I received the canopy and the initial color I thought I was receiving was much lighter than what was pictured. I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond and in the end I decided to just keep it as I figured I would make it work. I purchased in early in the spring for an upcoming festival that ended up getting canceled due to covid and I have not been able to use it or even try getting it up until today for a small event we had. First the directions are a bit tricky and do not fully explain how even though you put the tent cover up you don't fully attach until the frame is fully open and prior to pulling all of the legs up. Second, the quality of the frame was not what I was expecting for the price I paid, while we were putting it up part of the frame broke on two sides! Overall I am not pleased with my purchase, I spent over $200 and the quality is not great at all especially to of broken on the first time being used and now I'm out of luck because I cannot return and I'm out the $200+.

Product is easy to set up and looks okay. Side wall velcro strips rip easily. It was delivered missing two solid wall panels even though it is advertised as “6 walls”.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this item for my little son's birthday party.After finding out that I have to pay nearly $300 for a covered picnic shelter in Black Hill Regional Park, I decide to buy a canopy tent instead.This product is a perfect one for me. There is still plenty room left after holding 18 guests. We finally had the party at sandy point state park, a more attractive place with Beach and picnic area.This canopy tent is easy to set up. 2 men in about 10 minutes. Before expanding it fully, make sure that you put the canopy cover on first.Only one suggestions for the seller: it would be a big plus to add some stake hooks for the sidewalls, especially when using this tent on the beach.Over all, it is a great product. Save money in the lone run. No need to pay one-day rent for picnic shelter any more.

We chose to purchase this rather than rent a canopy at our venue, with the idea that we can use it for music festivals and other events. Very happy with this choice. It installs easily, but only with 4+ people. I tried it solo and that is impossible. We tried with two people, and got close, but the risk of bending the poles is too much. With one person on each corner though, it's really simple. We had it fully done in just a couple minutes. We have not used the sidewalls yet. Unless there's some monstrous storm, I think quality seems adequate. We happened to end up at friend's outdoor party right after we purchased ours and they had this exact canopy too. They've used it many times and have been very pleased so that was good to hear.
