My grandsons walk to and from school daily. They keep this in their backpacks to use on rainy or snowy days. They tell me its easy to use and they like knowing they have it when necessary. This is a product you don't appreciate it fully until you need it! I've bought two and will be buying another when the youngest needs one.Genius idea!

The pics of the orange look almost fluorescent but in person they are just a regular orange. Not that it’s a bad color, just not the vibrant, almost neon it looks in the photos. The reflective strip is nice and bright when light hits though, which was important. I can’t speak to the natural waterproofness of it because we hit it with some outdoor scotchguard before using it but it did great that way. The bag I used it with was a 27L but it could definitely go bigger. My husband’s bag was a 35L and it still had room on his too. Perfect for hiking in the rain, or even just a sprint to class to keep your laptop safe in your bag. Overall great for the price!

Search and Rescue efforts are helped by having bright colors and reflections. I hope to never test that for myself, but I do know that hunting seasons vary widely by state and having something bold and bright is always a good idea in the back country.Having something that can slip on so quickly saves some miseryy. The one that came with my backback is a bit of a wrestling match to access (I have to take off my backpack) and then to put it on. With this, my partner can easily slip in on without my needing to remove my pack. In a downpour, seconds matter.

I bought this to go over the Osprey daylight pack, and it fit great. The reflective strip is a nice touch in case it’s a dark and rainy. Therefore people can see you even though the cover I bought black.

Fits my 26 liter daypack perfectly. Two strap system seems secure. Did a water test with garden hose spraying from about 10 feet for a couple minutes and the pack stayed dry. The difference between this pack cover and my brand name ones is that this uses elastic to hold the cover around the pack (to augment the two cross straps) whereas the brand name ones have a drawstring running along the edge to snug theirs up. Since the elastic is more prone to wear out with age I'm guessing this will eventually not be quite as snug after a few years. But for now it fits great and is waterproof so I'm happy.

Disclosure: I wanted this cover for use while cycling and motorcycling, and an upcoming trip, so I ordered the Hi-Viz Yellow but received Army Green. I reached out to the seller who, almost immediately, replied and addressed the issue in a very customer friendly way that exceeded my expectations.Initial thoughts: Admittedly, I haven't used this pack cover as of yet having just received it (on a sunny day). However, it seems to be of good/very good quality for the price with very effective reflectivity. I ordered the size Medium to cover my Peak Design Everyday Zip Backpack 20L and it fits perfectly, covering all sides and wrapping around to the back padding. The vertical strap aligns perfectly with the centre of the back padding and the horizontal strap runs nicely through the luggage handle pass through, making it quite comfortable. I have high hopes for this cover but will update my review after my motorcycle trip next week, if it gets used. If it meets expectations I will definitely order the Hi-Viz version.
