One caveat, websites change on a regular basis and this is an older book. You might want to read it for the general information and then explore the sales page of your chosen website in current time.

Read the Writing Books for Kindle and it was a good starter
Very interesting bundle, I have only read the ebooks for Public Domain (short and sweet) which had very good information. I also read the Freaking Idiots Guide to Kindle Books. It was a very good place to start. Good breadth of the topic and good places to go elsewhere to get the more nuts an bolts of how to really get it done. Very helpful, well written and easy to follow. Well worth the time.
