These work great for me but sincee they are natural just remember what works for one doesn't always work for all. I feel much more energised when I take these. I take 1 pill with breakfast abs feel good all day. I took it fir lunch one but then felt like I couldn't fall asleep. So best time for me was early morning.

Have had hypothyroidism for 10 years, but despite being on armour thyroid and my T3 and T4 looking borderline high, I always felt really tired. Afternoons I could barely keep my eyes open, but I hate napping.
