biOrb Large Amazonas Root Sculpture, Ceramic Resin Centerpiece for Freshwater and Marine Aquariums, Gray

When I first got this, I was surprised at all the packaging - after two boxes, tape and a lot of peanuts (I assume rice ones), you have to unscrew it from the base. But once I saw it outside of the package, I understood why. This isn't another petshop decoration for a large tank, this is absolute art, and functional art at that. The fish were dancing through it within minutes. I couldn't stop looking at it. You get what you pay for and more with this product. Love it.

Overpriced but well packaged. Hard to remove packaging; need screwdriver. Larger than expected and fills up 25 gallon water box aquarium nicely.

A nice surprise

Very big and substantial. Well packed with no breakage. I bought this for my 60L Biorb. I medium would have been plenty big!

This is a quite substantial structure. Pictured is the biOrb large Amazonas root sculpture in a biOrb Life 45 litre MCR aquarium. It definitely won't fit in anything smaller.Note: the product description claims "Easily slides over the BiOrb Bubble Tube for easy placement." but this is NOT true. There is one lower loop of the structure and yes, you could put the bubble tube through that but the structure will be substantially offset to one side of the tube and won't sit on the tube support without additional support built-up around the filter. There would also be no way to remove the filter for cleaning without also removing the sculpture which would be messy and inconvenient so in the pictures set-up the sculpture rests on the substrate directly off to one side.Good points: nicely provides vertical structure in the biOrb Life tank, very substantial. Possibly comes over-packaged but there is no danger of damage during shipping.

Perfect fit in my 60lt biorb.Just the 3 legs are larger than the round filter base on which it suppose to stay, so one of them is gonna stand on the rocks.
