I Work in a grocery store. I use these ...
I Work in a grocery store. I use these gloves when putting the frozen truck away. They do not keep my hands warm after 5 to 10 minutes working in freezer. Finger tips are ripping on gloves allready

Good work gloves
Warm and comfortable, they provide a great amount of protection for the weight. They are not so bulky as to make them cumbersome. I live in Pennsylvania and start my day at 4:00 a.m. I work outside some everyday. The RefrigiWear gloves allow me to work in comfort with dexterity without freezing. I am not in the coldest climate or working outside for more than a few hours a day but the RefrigiWear glove hold up nicely without causing the sweat that can make my hands colder over time. I work with machinery so I'm not sure how they would hold up to lots of gripping like shovel work or anything too abrasive.

Sizing is off
Measured my hands according to the sizing guide. Gloves were much too small, couldn't even get them on. If someone had hands small enough to wear them they would be ridiculously bulky and cumbersome.

Good all around work gloves for colder months
Bought for husband he loves them and says they fit well and are made well- he uses them for tree work, ranch work, and believe me he works hard.

Order 2 sizes up, but the fingers will be much longer.
I ordered a Large, according to the sizing chart. The arrived and were super tight and the fingers did not go in at all. I returned and got an XXL (worrying that it might be too big). Fits the palm fine, but the fingers are way longer. Doesn't even look normal, like maybe for alien fingers or something? The pinky finger is as long as the pointer. Don't get me wrong, I'll use them, but definitely size up at least one size from your measurements.

Comfortable and warm but my fingertips still get cold
I use these as motorcycle gloves when it's cold, they do a pretty good job but after 30 minutes my fingertips still get really cold. I am sure they're great for the intended purpose but their rating may be a bit optimistic. As a plus they appear well made and are very comfortable with sufficient dexterity for my needs.

Durable and Warm. I use these gloves on 8+ hour shifts in a chicken plant freezer area.

Super stiff by no means high dexterity
Ok gloves, keep your hands warm. Super stiff by no means high dexterity. You would have a problem gripping anything or picking anything up with these...So as long as your just using them to keep your hands warm they do the trick.
