I have 12 DeWalt 20v batteries that didnt come with chargers because of a recent sale at lowes so I really needed needed this . this charger is great. charges 2 batteries at once very quickly without getting hot or having any problems that i can tell. very happy with my purchase....just an update. the left side up and stopped working out of nowhere. no idea why.

I wrote a review knocking this item because it quit working for me, I had not contacted the seller about it, I just wrote the review. We'll now I'm back to change that review, the seller contacted me and asked me to try some steps to be sure it had quit. Well the steps provided proved it was not a defective product rather it was operator error. The charger is back on the job now.

Product works as advertised, charges batteries up to full pote ntial, good value for price, so far very pleased with purchase

Only half of the device works, I bought it due to my last one being stolen. - ive been using the single charger for a while now and they are slow.. so i bought another, but thinking it would be a smart idea just to get it online. but it seems the quality of the device online isnt another near par. - Like i said in the headline, Normally a Good Product.. But best if you buy it from the store yourself.. This seems to be some kind of Knock off..
