Amazing little light
This light is simple, small, but highly effective. I wanted a weapon light to mount on a very short hand guard, 7.5" total. This light fit the bill. Leaves me plenty of room for my hand but is still extremely bright. Can't speak to run times, actual lumens, all that stuff. I don't care. If it dies put in a new battery. If its not bright enough for your task get another light. But for what I am doing it is perfect. Comes with mlok and keymod adapter for direct mount, also has mount for pic rail. Up until now I always relied on the push button, which is comes with. I started looking over the pressure switch and decided to give it a try. Very nice. Overall extremely happy with purchase. As good as the biggest names, fraction of the price.

Nice light for the money
To use the MLOK you have to remove the entire bottom plate first. Mine came set up for key mod and I did not remove the entire plate making the MLOK screws not long enough to fit. I found the fix on Youtube. Not sure if the instructions mention this because I could not red them (font too small, glasses not handy). Otherwise, the light is bright, compact and sturdy. Looks like it will get the job done

Need a light?
Don't let that StarCraft title get to you. This flashlight is amazing! It's very well built and feels very solid! The pressure pad is a bit stiff but should get broken in with range time time.Install was very simple. Comes with Keymod, MLOK, and Picatinny attachments in the bag. So swap out to what mount you need and you're g2g.This replaced the Feyachi FL14 light that I had. The Crimson Trace is a lot brighter, and more stable. The battery would flicker and dim after a few seconds of being on for the Feyachi. A replacement was needed.

Nice light, but made in China.
Light works well. Quality seems nice. Wasn’t mounted because box said “Made in China” so returned right away. Too bad it wasn’t made somewhere Rose, even Mexico, because it is a decent price.

Small and mighty...
4"long with the switch cap cable attached and the lens opening is 1.25" wide. It's small, mighty and has every attachment for every way you may need to attach it. If my pics show, you can see it rides close to the rifle and is has just the right amout of cable to side ride the switch routing it under covers or held down by the straps. You won't be disappointed. *remember to hold the cable while you tighten it down after installing a battery, so you dont bind your wires..

Fair product, poor communication
The flashlight itself is very bright and easy to use. I have the 500 lumens CWL-102 but it’s still plenty bright. The finish on the light looks good at first but upon closer inspection already had small chips, but this is probably expected at this price point. When mounting it, again, the paint scratched easily, further marring the appearance and exposing bare aluminum. It’s still very new to me so I don’t yet know how this affects it’s lifespan. The pressure pad is fine but I have not tested the velcro attachment method under live fire yet.So why the negativity? This comes down to the indirectness of crimson trace. Where was the product made? I could not find this information in the amazon listing or on the official website. When I looked up where crimson trace website there was an article from 2014 saying that they are designed and manufactured in the US. Many people are still under the impression that they are all made in Oregon. This is not the case because this product states on the box that it is MADE IN CHINA. Again, maybe suggested by the price point but it just goes to say that if they do not say explicitly that it’s made in the USA then it almost definitely is not.Second, the whole free batteries for life part. This product is eligible. The website says most products are. Some products explicitly say they are. This product does not clearly specify in the amazon listing or on the official website’s product page. I had to download the pdf manual to verify that it was in fact eligible for free batteries from life. For life. Not your life. The device’s life. Is that defined? No. And it’s only for the original purchaser. You have to call in or fill out a form online each calendar years to get your batteries. The info includes the SN that just so happens to NOT BE ON THE ITEM ITSELF or in the manual. It’s on the box and not mark as so.The flashlight works and is as good as other comparable products at the price point. Crimson trace as a brand doesn’t seem to mean what it used to. Their product pages are terrible and I had to do some digging just to even know what I was buying into.

Good little light , good price
Good little light. Like the small size for my SBR. And pretty bright, has three different mounts. The only problem was that it didn’t come with all the right size Allen wrenches, had to use my own. 4.5 stars .
