I use about a dropper full and hold it under my tongue for 20-30 seconds before I swallow. The taste is slightly bitter, but not bad at all. It recommends mixing with water, but I prefer under my tongue for faster results. I highly recommend this product.

I love this product, it's super clean and from what I understand easily absorbable by the body. Doesn't really taste like anything. I often feel a little surge of energy when I take a full dose in the morning with water. In my opinion, this is an excellent way to help your body is getting all it's nutritional needs met in a world of depleted soil nutrients!

I buy the minerals on subscribe and save because I believe I need minerals to thrive. Get yourself some. A bottle for $10-12 ish is very worth it. I can't taste it in my water. A capful is 1 tablespoon, which is the dose.
