Adult Bonnet

My 4 year old wears this every night so she doesn’t wake up with a rats nest for hair. This keeps her curls looking great so I don’t have to do her hair every morning. We do not have an issue with it coming off at nighttime. She does have a silk pillowcase as well. I recommend this product

Great fit

I bought these to keep my daughters curls protected overnight as recommended by several friends. They fit her well and are easy to put on, but they come off her easily in the night and she really doesn't move around a lot. (As proven by multiple sleep studies). It seems every time we put her in one for the night, she wakes up with it on the floor or stuffed under the blankets somewhere. One the rare occasions she does manage to keep it on, it does keep her curls looking great for the next day and it doesn't leave any marks on her face. The material is durable and has stood up to several washings without any fraying or weak spot coming through.I'll keep experimenting with different ways to keep it on her because it does work well and we do like it.PROS: Durable, protects hair, softCONS: Comes off easier than desired overnight

Excellent product. I got this to prevent split ends and damage from rolling around while I sleep.I am a heavy sleeper and this stays tightly on my head but not so much that it’s uncomfortable or painful. Both sides are satin, making it reversible. I like that there isn’t any elastic because it’s so unsanitary and makes me break out.I don’t mind hand-washing nice clothing items so that’s no issue for me.I have noticed a significant difference in the texture of my hair since sleeping with this on every night. My hair goes a little beyond my chest, ending in between my bust and belly button. I wash my hair and let it dry, twist it into a spiral and twist the spiral into a bun, then I slip this on and go to sleep. No hair ties or pins. I wake up and take the bonnet off the next day and I have beautiful curls or waves and my hair is as soft as the satin material the bonnet is made from. I am certain that over time, this will make my hair look so much healthier.

These bonnets are perfect for my 3yo. Her hair is not that big yet, and they are small enough to go around her tiny head. Perfectly soft, and I will usually pull the drawstring and tuck it into the back of the bonnet so it doesn’t bother her while she’s sleeping. I have found that the drawstring is not completely necessary because there is adequate elastic around the edge, but it gives an added amount of security in ensuring the bonnet stays in place overnight. If she had longer hair or if I leave it in an Afro style, the bonnet fits just snuggly around her hair. She will probably outgrow them in a couple of years, if not sooner, but for now, they are perfect. I got the pink/purple one and the green/yellow one. Pretty colors. I have been very pleased with these, for the price. Great quality!

As soon as I put this on my 15 month old I could not get over how adorable she looked! I've been trying to repair her hair from her infant days when she only slept on her back. Her hair in the back just started growing back so I was looking for a way to protect her hair more when she sleeps and rubs up against her cotton sheets/ blankets. This works well, but I wasn't expecting it to fit her as snug as it does. My husband was slightly worried that it was too tight but when trying it on my own head, I felt no discomfort. It fits snug, but not too snug that it causes her any discomfort. It stays on her for maybe half the night and by the time she wakes up, it's fallen off but that's still more protection than what she was getting without it. Overall happy with this purchase.

I've never taken care of my curls. Was never really taught how to. My mom always just brushed hers out. My sister doesn't brush at all. Lol. I'm somewhere in the middle. As I've gotten older I've realized I love my curls and want to protect them and take care of my hair. I sleep hard and noticed I'd wake up with my hair really rough, tangled, dried out, you name it. Since I bought this, I wake up and my hair doesn't look or feel damaged anymore. It stays smooth, albeit flat. Lol. It really works. And I've gone to bed with wet hair and it doesn't dye/stain my pillow sheets. I've noticed the difference. I've got a lot to learn, but I think it's a good start. Good to protect any hair. Not just curly hair. Especially if you sleep rough. It's not uncomfortable around the hair line (a big worry of mine) and it doesn't make me overheat or feel warm. Overall, great buy.

I have tried others and they just don't work or feel right. I like this one. It could be a tad bit larger, but, I have some that I don't use that are VERY large and I like this one much better. Also It is soft and comfortable and does not leave a mark on my forehead.
