Educational Wall Clock - Silent Movement Time Teaching Clock for Teacher's Classrooms and Kid's Bedrooms

Just ordered a duplicate for my office. This clock really helps me ‘ chunk’ out and organise my time , seeing time color coded-visually and in ‘ chunks’.The clock is also super cheerful and quiet too. Perfect for adhd’ers and/or visually strong people who benefit from ‘ seeing’ ( and enjoying) time.

I love this clock. Seriously. Full disclosure even I struggle a bit with traditional clock reading (I don't know why... I think it was skipped in school? And the obnoxious neon green digital was all the rage when I was a kid..) and so while I help my 5 year old understand clocks I find that even I am benefitting from this clock as well!The clock is quiet, light, runs on just 1 battery and lasts forever, helps teach time and numbers, and the service from the creator/seller is really great. I received this sweet thank you letter and when I had an issue with the product it was handled immediately and efficiently. I'm really impressed.

I've tried different ways of explaining and showing time to my child and it never seemed to click. Even with digital clocks, the concept just didn't settle UNTIL I got THIS clock. He might not fully understand the concept of time, but now when I say, "what time is it?" he can answer at least the hour. Now after seeing it for a few weeks, he knows when it's lunch time or when it's time his parents get off work. Best learning clock I've found.

If you are considering buying this clock, you should know that it’s likely that you will have to perform a simple repair on your brand new clock. My first clock came with the second hand laying flat on the clocks face separate from the clock motor and other hands. Unfortunately, the replacement clock arrived the next day with the same problem. I decided to flip the clock over and remove the 6 screws that tighten the black plastic back to the grey plastic ring that holds the glass covering the clocks face in place. Once the ring and glass were removed it was easy to slide the cylinder base of the second hand into the center of the clock hand turning mechanism on the front of the clock. The second hand held its position while I tightened the screws that connect the black clock base to grey ring around the glass. This product has held up fine since the easy repair. This clock is so cheaply made that internal parts fall off during shipping, but it works fine once you fix it.

My 2 and 4 year old boys love this clock! We bought the Apple one and it’s hanging 2 feet above the ground on a hook so they can see it easily and take it down to look closer if needed. (They’re young so of course holding it vs looking at it makes all the difference. :) ) my 4 year old is very into numbers and trying to figure out what time it is so this clock has been perfect. The only thing I wish is that instead of saying 60 at the top of the hour it said 0. As an adult we get that but for my 4 yr old he thinks the time is 1:60 instead of 1:00. It’ll come with time to learn that but otherwise we’ve loved and handled this clock a lot. We didn’t experience the loose hands like some other reviews. I’d highly recommend.

Fascinating colorful wall clock for kids. My six and four years old are loving it. Easy to read. Silent part is the best. No issues with the silent feature of the clock whatsoever. It works absolutely fine.

I love the face of this clock and the helpful references, but the hands are misaligned, which seems not uncommon based on other reviews. I wanted to use this to teach my son to tell time, but since the hour hand is off, it doesn't work. (For example when the minute hand gets to 0:40, the hour hand already moves to the next hour making kids say 7:40 instead of 6:40.) If they redesigned the color box alignment to actually go from number to number, it might work. I considered opening the clock and creating a new background, but that's too much work - and the motor is not reliable. It stopped working quickly even with new battery. Oh, and the small knob on the back to change the time is very difficult to use, so it doesn't even work as a handheld educational tool. This looks so good, but very disappointed. Not recommended.

I supervise new mental health therapists and some of them struggle to end sessions in time. This clock is wonderful for them because when it hits the red zone they know to start wrapping up the session and they should be done by the time it leaves the red zone. It’s a very simple solution to help people keep better track of their time.

Frame was cracked and easily broke. I wish frame material had better quality.

A primera vista se ve bonito.Pero no es intuitivo, es difícil de identificar la hora.Es decir cuando ya son 6:30 la manecilla de la hora ya comienza a estar dentro del cuadrante que contiene la manzana 7. Se hizo muy difícil explicarlo a mi hija que aún seguían siendo las 6 de la noche.

Poorly made, it stopped working 1 week after my purchase.

We like the detailed numbers and labels the second hand as well. It will definitely help with teaching our child to read time.
