Fantastic product, great coverage and protection. These have replaced my Abena M4 as I found the M4 to be poor in performance. Haven’t had a leak yet. I have been wearing these for 3 months now and have had NO issues with capacity , leaks, fit, etc. they are comfy too, unlike some Other diapers. These also don’t leave you feeling wet or greasy either. I wake up every morning and have to check to see if I had wet. That’s how dry these are!

The BetterDry honestly has to be my favorite diaper up to date, based solely on the functionality and durability. These diapers start out at a medium thickness when dry, but manage to swell quite a bit in order to hold anything you got. In my opinion, these diapers are very quiet and not noticable under clothing. These diapers with a booster are my go to for work, easily lasting all 6-8 hours. This company even offers the same diaper, but with cute prints on them called Crinklz. I have tried many other diapers such as Abena, ABUniverse and Tykables to name a few. While the other diapers are fun, none can even compare to the BetterDry. Only downside is that the tapes are not the best they could be. I found that if I rub the tapes after I stick them down, they tend to hold better. I have included photos of the Crinklz along with the BetterDry for comparison. Update - July 2020 - Still my absolute favorite, go to diaper!

These diapers were pricey, but again, you get what you pay for! I'm a heavy wetter at night, and after several nights of wearing these, I've found they are the best for me. After using Wellness diapers, I can safely say these are more cost effective, because of the re-, sealable tabs, and a slightly different fit, which worked perfectly for me. As with both these brands, the nice folks at North Shore products sent along some free samples of their wipes, booster pads, and in my last order, they were kind enough to send three diapers of different colors, which I thought was very generous. I'll be ordering more Better Dry right away!

This is a very good product. I wet the bed very heavily and this diaper holds up better than most I've ever tried. Weather im sleeping on my back my side or my front it hasn't leaked once. It also is discreet enough to be worn during the day. As well as bed wetting if im traveling any long distances i have a hard time getting to a bathroom in time and i don't have to worry with these. The fabric is very soft and the plastic backing is soft and smooth. The standing leg guards are taller than most diapers so if you have fecal incontinence of diarrhea i would recommend these highly.

I have heavy urinary/bowel incontinence. I use diapers full time to manage my toileting needs. Usually, I buy a less expensive brand, but I sometimes wear more premium diapers. The Betterdry are amazing! They absorb heavy wettings with ease and keep me dry day and night. They have tall leakguards to contain once daily BMs. Most importantly, they are very comfortable to wear, which is important since I'm in them all day, every day. Three diapers in 24 hours manages my bladder/bowel output. I feel dry, confident and secure wearing Betterdry!

I buy these diapers for someone with dementia and on various meds that result in 10-14 hours of deep sleep. At the beginning of our situation, I knew nothing about adult diapers & used various drug store varieties none of which could last a night. Did lots of research and have tried 8 or 9 brands. Narrowed down to 2 & got a case of each. Better dry won. They fit well, are not as bulky as you’d expect. The tabs are sticky but attach to a blue tab that allows you to undo and reposition if necessary. The key is to position the diaper well & fit snugly. They hold an amazing amount-I weighed one & it came in at 5 pounds! Very rarely spring a leak. No one should start the day soaked in urine.
