I love the shape, the light, easy to use, however I have a difficulty grasping the cone-shaped to get it off to refill

Provides great light and super easy to use. Had a slight plasticky smell at first but after 2 uses the smell went away. The water reserve is larger than others I have which I think is great.

I've had this brand of diffuser in the past just not this model. After a couple of years figured I'd get a new one. This model is a complete waste of money! I am so disappointed and annoyed that I have wasted so much of my expensive oils just to get 5 minutes of a soft scent out of this. We mostly use when someone has a cold & the oregano would usually fill the entire house from the back room with a couple drops. With this I have to add about 5-8 & I still can hardly smell it if I'm standing right next to it.Please tell me if I have to get an ugly design for a good output I will, because this is just pretty. Pretty useless, pretty inconvenient to have to return, pretty much a waste of time.

Nice and quiet.

This diffuser is super easy to use, its quiet, and I love the sleek raindrop design. The minimal complaint I have is that the light is more cool toned rather than a warmer color, and I prefer warmer lights for a softer ambience. Also, with my purchase they sent me an extended warranty, and a 10% off code for some essential oils, it seems like a really good company.

I chose this diffuser as it was larger than some, but have been disappointed by the lack of CLEAR instructions and warnings. For starters, the instructions show a "max fill line" on the inside of the unit, but a different line is indicated on the OUTSIDE of the unit, and they do not match. Which is correct? But, my main concern is with finding a good placement for unit. The instructions mention several locations to avoid placement, such as in/near sunshine? heat sources, air conditioners, fans, bedding, carpet, electronic equip., or any unstable surface. Instructions are to place on flat, moisture-resistant surface. Call me stupid, but since I purchased the unit to be used in a bedroom, after reading ALL instructions, I placed the unit on my dresser, approx. 10-12" from the attached mirror. The unit functioned perfectly, EXCEPT for the little issue of stripping the polyurethane finish from a rather large area of the wood framing the mirror, directly behind the unit. This was noted after approx. 7-10 days of use. The dresser top was not affected, as it was covered. I was using bottled water, and a good quality eucalyptus and peppermint oil. As there are no problems with the unit's performance, and since it did indeed help with cough/sleep issues, I did not return the unit. I have moved the unit...we'll see if I find more damage in a wk. or two; if so, I'm not sure where I will find a "safe" location. How far would it need to be from a painted wall? I am new to the many uses of EO's, but am quickly learning their strength, unfortunately, from both the positive & negative effects.

I had to return another diffuser as it was defective and purchased this one instead. I like the fact that there is only the one button to operate the unit. First click turns on light and mist; second click mist only; third click turns the unit off. Do not fill past the recommended fill line as the diffuser will not work. I add anywhere from 4-6 drops of a good essential oil (lavender,) and it's good to go for approx. 2-1/2 to 3 hrs. It's not a very thick mist. Mine is on a glass top end table for now and I wipe the residue off daily. I would not place it on wood, this is just me.

This is a simple diffuser without all the extra colorful lights and settings. The design is pretty and it gives off a soft pleasing light. Very satisfied with this purchase.
