Lightweight and value for money
****EDIT****I wanted to amend my review as I have been using this vacuum for a few years now.It worked great at first ( as in the first 5 - 10 uses) and I loved how light it is and the battery life is pretty good. However, ever since this it has been a nightmare.I now have to clean every filter after every single use or it just doesn't pick up even tiny bits.It also is useless on carpets. I have long hair and 2 cats so I chose the anti-wrap one but it doesn't pick up any of my hair from carpet.I've had to use another vacuum upstairs (where I have carpeted floors) and keep this one downstairs where I have wooden floors as it works 'okay' on hard wood and tile floors. It's still not 100% and sometimes I find when I turn it off it just spits out the dirt I have just picked up.I've reverted back to a corded vacuum for my carpets and will never buy a cordless one again.****END OF EDIT****I LOVE this vacuum. This is the first cordless vacuum that I have purchased and I cant remember life with my corded vacuum.I have arthritis in my wrists and knees so having to carry heavy vacuums up stairs and around rooms was a nightmare. I did a bit of research on cordless vacuums and Shark came out best. The product is light and soooooo easy to use. It moves around the floor easily and has made my life so much better.I would defo recommend this vacuum to anyone with joint issues. It came just after New Year, so had to tackle the aftermath of the Christmas decorations. It took this in its stride and the floor was soon back to perfectly clean.

I would definitely recommend this hoover
I have tried many hoovers, Henry Dyson Vax and now Shark. I didn't really expect too much from it but I was plesently surprised, What a lovely hoover, it's lightweight which is great as I struggled a bit with the other brands the suction is great having 2 speeds very rare for me to use the highest speed as the lower speed is adequate for my floors. The run time is more than enough for me to hoover the whole house. Having two batteries is also a great addition whilst your using one the other can be charged so you never have to worry about the battery your using runs flat. The brushes are very effective on wooden and carpeted floors, it will literally pick up door mats you have to stand on the mat whilst you are hoovering lol. There is 2 lights on the front of the hoover which illuminates dark corners and under sofa's and cabinets which is great. Another great function, you can use it as a handheld with different accessories for skirting, car, blinds sofas, stairs hard to reach areas with cobwebs picture rails the list is endless. When you have finished with the hoover I think you will be shocked by how much stuff it's picked up, you think you house is clean this hoover will pick up stuff you can't even see, you can empty the hoover with the push of the button very simple, also removing filters to clean is very simple. When you're finally finished using your hoover it folds away neatly and is very easy to store in small cabinet as it's quite small when folded no cables or hoses to worry about. All in all its a great hoover.

Quiet and effective.
Its some years since I used an old Dyson hand held vacuum at work which I found was really quite pathetic with suction power and it has taken me all this time to have some confidence in them again. I used to have a Dyson animal and it lasted about 10 years and would have lasted longer except the plastic parts were starting to degrade and snap so having had a corded shark vacuum which was really very good I thought I would try this shark battery one. Hey, if it sucks I can return it right? But I was. really quite surprised with how good it is with suction! its also nice not to have to trail the lead everywhere and keep winding it up around the vacuum which became a bit of a pain. The battery lasts me about a week with daily use so Im very happy with that. The stairs really needs a better attachment though as its either the big clunky attachment you use for general vacuuming or its some tiny little attachment that is way too small but luckily I had bought an attachment pack for my hand held vacuum and so one of those attachments is fine. I would advise you all to do the same if you go for this model. Here is what I like about it most though, all my old vacuums have terrified my cat which made things awkward, but this vacuum really does not worry him at all and in fact makes him curious enough to approach it and sniff it when I'm using it. I would give it an extra star for its low volume but no rating given from Amazon for that so I added it to the poor show for stairs attachments.

Amazing suction but a little on heavy side.
We are moving from a corded dyson that's about 4 years old. It's just too heavy for my wife to take up and down stairs as she has some health issues (to be honest it's not very easy for me even). After unboxing, putting together and first full clean of the house I will share the following.....Positives... Seems very well made, easy to use. Using the shark with the motorised pet tool on stairs is especially easy. Battery is ok. Deep clean on whole house used all of 1 battery and perhaps 10 minutes of the second so no problem there. Best thing is the power. Its incredible for a battery powered. Given the amount its pulled out of the carpets its definately more powerful than our corded dyson which we always though had good suction. Rollers are very easy to access for removing wound hairs.Negatives.. Whilst the shark is much lighter than the dyson, it's still a bit heavier that I expected and hoped for with the battery installed. Compared to the dyson it feels a little off balance when in use as all the weight is at the top. The collection bin is very small. This it to be somewhat expected with a compact cleaner. During the first clean of the house we emptied it 4 times. It pulled up a huge amount if dirt which the dyson wasn't though so we expect subsequent cleans to collect less.Over all at this early stage we are very impressed and happy.
