I like the headset. It's very comfortable, sound quality is good, features are ok. However, be warned … if you use it more than about 4 hours each day without placing it back in its cradle to recharge, you will find yourself suddenly talking to nobody because the battery goes absolutely dead. It only took a couple times for me to realize it wasn't a fluke and I needed a backup plan. So I went back on Amazon and found the spare batteries and individual battery charger - life saver!

This headset lets me easily switch between my Dragon dictation on my computer and answering calls on my desktop or cell phone. No more swapping out headsets. It works even better with the Dragon than my previous, wired headset did. Item was used but came looking brand new. Don't hesitate to buy refurbished from this seller.
