Great fan, but replacement parts are not available
This fan looks good and works well, but replacement parts are not available!The installers did not tighten the bolts holding the blades correctly. When I disassembled the unit to fix that problem I broke the glass shade. I have been trying to order a replacement shade for 6 months now and have spent dozens of hours on hold. The few times I have actually reached a human being they have not been able to help and have told me to call back in another month or so. When I do call back I get the same runaround. Customer service is non-existent.

Faulty instructions wasted half my day
I recommend putting the whole thing together once on the floor before you do it for real. The instructions don't tell you to loosen two screws until WAY after they've become inaccessible due to other parts being in the way.
