No issues with discs

This show is one of the best 'spin-off' ever! It continues with the same great quality that got me hooked on the Closer in the first place. Kudo's to all who made it happen... WHEN CAN WE EXPECT A NEW SPIN-OFF?

I did not have any issues with any DVDs in this box set. All worked fine for me.

One full disk isn't even watchable because the disk is bad. Of course I didn't realize it until well after the return time. It's so bad the player won't even read it.

The shows were not simpy put together…Have interesting story lines…

Not going to lie, I was a little hesitant to order this product because of the reviews I read for it, but I thought about it and said okay I'm going to get it, and if anything is wrong I'll return it. So I received my Major Crimes box set today and I opened it up, checked everything from the box to each individual DVD and its case and everything was great, no scratches or scrapes on disk, no broken cases, cover for the set was not torn or dented. So far I'm very happy with this product. I would order from them again. I will try as soon as I can to do an update to let people know how the disks played or if there were any other problems.

Love the show! In case this helps - purchased in Nov 2023. But as for the DVDs, a couple episodes so far and some of the extras have skips, freezes, won't play. (Most do play. I'd say 90% maybe) You're better off getting the itunes package although you won't have the extras that are on DVD. As for the show itself, it's even better on a rewatch because all the actors/characters are great listeners who react in the moment to everything that's happening. There's so much going on in every minute. But what the writers did in the final season was horrible. Apparently they were upset it was getting canceled so they took it out on the viewers (and the actor) instead of directing their rage at the people who canceled their show. Hey, 6 seasons is a great run. Maybe walk away with some grace? That didn't have to happen. Otherwise it's such a pleasure to rewatch.

This is a spin off from The Closer. It was so great to see almost all the cast from the closer. They are both great acting , drama and I like the stories of all the actors through the episodes

The continuation of "The Closer" on a more serious note using most of the same characters except three (Kyra Sedgwick, Cory Reynolds and J.K. Simmonds' characters - all who are occasionally mentioned but not seen). Mary McDonnell's character assumes the lead and does an excellent job. The sixth and last season is a let down towards the end with Mary's character being killed off with several shows remaining. Many remaining characters take it hard and lose focus on the police stuff. At least Provenza remains crotchety to the end as you can depend on G.W. Baileys' character to do. And the serial killer character is finally disposed of to great satisfaction. I would have gladly watched several more seasons if they had been made.
