I finished a bottle of 60 and noticed a reduction in hot flashes when taking this. I am reordering my second bottle. Menopausal symptoms vary from one woman to another and what works for one may not for another. It's worth giving a try.

This product has been a godsend. I am a post-menopausal woman and had suffered from frequent hot flashes and night sweats. My doctor had recommended a OTC remedy, Estroven. After two months, I was hardly feeling any difference, and was having headaches. After researching online, I decided to try a soy free Genistein product. The results have been better than I ever hoped for. I have been taking the 125 mg for about two weeks and my flashes have almost disappeared...and headaches gone. I really, really wish I had discovered this years ago.

I've been taking it with other vitamins and have noticed an increase in energy, so, I guess it's working.

Good product at a reasonable price

This is my go-to supplement to get rid of hot flashes related to perimenopause. It is the genistein component that works for me. This was out of stock for a bit, so I tried an organic soy based genistein supplement and it made be bloated. I never was so bloated in my life. I thought something was wrong with me until I went off of that and the bloating went away. Black cohosh did not seem to work for me as well as genistein. For those of us suffering from hot flashes, ladies you know they are no joke. Another plus is it is a small capsule and not a horse pill. Don't suffer, try this instead. I recommend this 100%.
