CaseCrown Ace Flip Case (Red) for Apple iPad Mini 3 / Apple iPad Mini / iPad Mini with Retina Display Tablets (Built-in magnet for sleep / wake feature)

This cover has a nice look to it, and isn't too bulky. I'm not a huge fan of how it fits the device - the iPad "snaps" into some curved appendages at the corners and sides, but the other model that more encases the device was out of stock, so we gave this one a try. This model doesn't seem as secure as the alternate, but in fairness, the device hasn't fallen out of it. To use the case in easel mode for ease of viewing, you have to pop the device out of the lower holders, and pop it back in afterward. It's too early to tell, but it seems like that will loosen those holders over time. Can't complain too much though - the price was super low and it's a nice looking case.

Frankly, I ordered this cover because of the price. It looked slim and protective. I wasn't sure about the red color. However, once I received it I loved it. It looks nice and seems to protect my iPad well enough. It fits snugly and I did try to dislodge it (by shaking it over a nicely padded chair) . It does wake and put to sleep the iPad when opening/closing the cover. It does not prop up well on its own. That is not a big deal for me. I hold the iPad in my hands or on my lap, usually. With the cover on, the whole thing is a bit heavier, but not too much - and I have arthritis in my hands. If it gets too heavy, I just remove the cover at home. There is no protection for the very bottom of the iPad, but neither does my Kindle's cover and it has survived well. Overall, I would purchase again with no hesitation.

Good value for money. Looks good especially if you like the color. The stand addition would have prompted me to give 5.

This case is just as advertised, and I am very pleased with it. Color is just right (I got red), price was great, and I love the design. I wanted a case that would protect my new iPad mini, but still look sharp. This one definitely fits the bill. It fits easily in my purse, or is great for just using around the house. The adjustable stand works well. I haven't had a need for using the hand strap, but would work well if needed. The "leather" on the outside and the inside suede look almost like the real deal. If you want a nice looking and we'll designed little case, buy this one!!!

Good for the price...Using it from 3 weeks. Quality and fit is good. I would recommend it to anyone. :0

The media could not be loaded.  Update 12/28/13 - After using this for 2 weeks, i have to drop a star as the "skin" on a tab started to wear after 3 - 4 removals. May get a replacement for it. See my video for where the "skin" wears off.Update 12/13/13 - made jot touch pen holder / strap for this case.Works very well for what I wanted. I wanted to use my ipad mini with the logitech ultrathin keyboard and originall got the Apple smart case. I had to take the smart case in and out to use the keyboard and that was a pain. With this case, I unsnapped the bottom and set the keyboard on the cover and it works perfectly. Highly recommended if you are also using a keyboard with your ipad mini. I am going to improvise a pen holder for my jot touch next.

Case Crown has such high quality products. This case is made well and is extremely durable. The red color is very vibrant, matches my iphone case perfectly. It stands up well, and I even use it on the reverse side standing w/o and grooves and it stays up. Great case at this price point.
