Will I receive the exact cheeses in the exact box?

I ordered it Dec. 17 for a Xmas present and it didn't show up. I had three written complaints and it finally got there Jan.16.

Will I receive the listed cheeses?

I ordered 2 years ago at Christmas & some of the cheeses were molded so be extra sure of return policy.
