FE- Arctic Black Leather Bomber Jacket Women with Removable Fur Hood - Stylish Biker Design

Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service from this company - they were very patient with me and we exchanged several emails to ensure proper measurements for their customization!! This is the first leather jacket I've ever owned that has fit properly thanks to them!!As for the jacket itself - the leather is great quality, very pleased with it! I LOVE how versatile it is, as the hood is removable and so is the warm inner collar...all three create very different looks. It is worth mentioning that the fur around the hood (or at least the fur on mine) was not exactly as pictured: mine is more of a taupe shade with a few brown patches and a few white patches; it's also not as wide as it appears in the photo. This was perfectly fine with me...but if you're hoping for stark white fur, just be warned you may not get it.I do have one major issue with this jacket, which I didn't notice in the photos prior to ordering and why I've given it 4 instead of 5 stars. It is simply this: there are no side entry pockets! It has 4 pockets total...2 across the chest which open at the top and then 2 below those, which ALSO open on top. This may sound trivial, but for me, it's a very important feature. I've never owned a jacket that did NOT have side entry pockets...even if the pockets appeared otherwise for aesthetic purposes. My hands get cold easily and I like to put them in my pockets to keep them warm. It is next to impossible with this jacket due to the placement of the pockets and the fact that they open on top instead of the side. If they were placed lower, it might not be so awkward for them to still open on top, but they are at just the wrong angle to comfortably put my hands in my pockets. I'm planning on taking the jacket to a tailor to see how expensive it would be to add side entry pockets to fix this issue for me.
