Happy with this bluetooth ear piece. It was a quarter of the price I paid for an expensive Plantronics and better. Callers said the Plantronics had a far away echo and not good quality. This bluetooth is good sound quality to me, not quite perfect to someone I call, however, it's way better than the expensive Plantronics. I've been told it has a slight distant sound but still good for them to hear. For the less expensive cost, I think it's great. It's small and compact and fits my ear better, comfortable, descent sound quality, easy to set up and pair and works well with my Samsung S22 Ultra. I especially like the volume control on the bluetooth device rather than rely on volume controlled by the phone. The new phone systems do not have good bluetooth volume when controlled by the phone. This bluetooth solved that problem for me with its own volume control. I am very pleasantly surprised with this less expensive bluetooth. I would buy more of these to keep as spare.

I deliver restaurant supplies in the mid south of the US. I get very hot working hard in the heat and humidity. I lost my last earpiece because of sweat. I have used this earpiece for about a month in the heat and in light rain, and I've had no issues. I'm also very impressed with the battery life. I can turn the earpiece on at the beginning of my shift and not worry about it losing battery until after I've finished for the day. Even when I have long conversations, or listen to pod casts or music while driving for long periods between my stops. I have received no complaints from people I talk to, other than they have had to actually turn their volume down because I come across loud and clear on their end. Overall I waited for awhile to review this and in my opinion it's worth the price and a quality product.

It is functional for me but it is larger than other brands I have used - I prefer something smaller.The earpiece hanger comes off too easily so I don't use it but it stays in my ear without it. The on/off button is hard to press when it is on my ear - I have to use 2 fingers - one to stabilize it from the back and one to press the on/off button. The sound is fine otherwise and I am keeping it.

I report intermittent connectivity problems, such as brief disconnections or audio delays, which can be frustrating during important calls. While call quality is generally good, some I find the sound quality lacking when listening to music, with complaints about insufficient bass or overall sound depth compared to dedicated music earphones. There are occasional I complaints about the earpiece’s build quality, such as fragile hinges or buttons that stop working after a few months, raising questions about long-term durability. I find the microphone overly sensitive, picking up background noise despite noise-canceling features, which can affect call clarity on the other end. Overall, the Bluetooth headset is favored for its clear call quality, ease of use, and comfortable fit, making it a great choice for hands-free communication. However, potential I consider individual fit and sound quality preferences, especially if using the device for activities beyond just calls.

I purchase this when the other one I ought mash up and never regret replacing it I recommend it

I used this headset for several months and I am very pleasantly surprised. I originally bought this as a backup for my Jabra mini and found that, while it's about 50% bigger and works just as well. Great clarity incoming and outgoing and very good call volume - can actually get to loud if you crank it all the way up. Bluetooth range is well above advertised - parked outside a strip mall store and didn't realize I left my phone behind until I got to the far end of the store beside some freezer cases. Noise cancellation - my callers have reported almost no background in very loud environments (e.g. Sam's Club). The backup has now become my primary carry.

Pros --Maintains pairing on different devices better than others. I like to use my headset on my iPhone and iPad but on some headsets when I connect to one device I will have to re-pair with the other one later.- Sound: No complaints from callers on the other end.Cons -- Doesn't want to stay in my ear, probably because it's a little heavy- Not enough volume for noisy environments and I couldn't get volume controls to work.- There is no indication of battery status. This is really annoying- Control button is tricky to use. I often shut the unit off when trying to activate voice dial.I returned the unit.

This is a powerful Bluetooth ear piece. I use it while I swim. Although it is water proof, I try to protect it from getting wet. The range is outstanding and I can Bluetooth to my phone while I swim the length of a 25 meter pool. The charge really does last for hours. Actually I have 2, so that I always have one ready to go.I did have trouble with one unit not wanting to charge and customer service was excellent. After sending troubleshooting suggestions, they promptly sent me a replacement.

Estoy conforme con él, tiene un buen sonido, me escuchan bien y no tengo problemas. La batería me dura mucho, por lo que no me puedo quejar hasta el momento.

Es bastante cansado traerlo, el diseño no es nada ergonómico.. Como punto a favor tiene buena duración de batería y fácil de emparejar.
