It can’t stop you from sweating but it does very effectively stop the sweat from reaching your shirt or tshirt so it’s not obvious to others you are sweating.

I think it is. My 27 yr old son sweats a lot despite using plenty of deodorant. I have had to throw away t-shirts because they have been ruined with sweat stains under the arms. Since buying this product his clothes have remained dry. I'll be buying more in the future
