STAUB40511 473/0 with Chistera Black Cast Iron 24 cm

Excellent for one to two persons and small kitchen. Slightly heavy but not unmanageable. Much recommended.

I have a BIG staub dutch oven, this is like smaller version of that. Makes it perfect for every day meals that are so big. Also very similar volume to a traditional amercian 9x13 pan, so you can use it for most any casserole recipe.

Excellent - good weight and design and just seems to cook everything really well. Pricey - but sometimes it's worth paying for top quality that I am sure will be very durable.

以前はル・クルーゼを愛用していましたが、ミニマリストさんがよく持っているスタイリッシュなデザインのストウブに惹かれて16と20cmのブラックを購入。幅広く使えるブレンザーも欲しくなり、こちらもブラックを購入しました♪すき焼き・おでん・カレー・シチューに使えて、フライパンとしても使えるので以前使っていたル・クルーゼのフライパン（お鍋類も）全て手放しました。見た目も素敵だし、キッチン収納もスッキリするし買って良かったです♪
