I don't think I can say much about the teachings of one of the most inspiring human beings (or buddha in human form) who lived on this Earth. But just to inform a little bit: the first text is mix of a biography, autobiography, memories from close ones, and a brief passage about his Yangsi. It's one of the most beautiful and inspiring biographies I've ever read, even though it's not that detailed.Then there are two mahayana teachings, the first one on Chekawa's Seven Points Mind-Training, with beautiful instructions on practicing both the relative bodhicitta (tonglen here) and the absolute bodhicitta. And the third text is a commentary on Thogme Zangpo's famous 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva with even more powerful instructions on tonglen and the whole mahayana path beginning with renunciation and so forth... The edition itself is of the highest quality and realy gives our judging and dualistic minds a sense of the preciousness of these teachings!
