I received this product, but I couldn't find any connector to join pillar with scale. So I couln't use this product at all. How can I get that?

There are two parts to this fulcrum-pin. One is black, and a little over an inch long. It is plastic, and shaped roughly like a nail. The other is a white "cap" that fits on the point of the nail. You put the "nail" through the holes in the posts, with the hole in the armature in the middle. Then you put the "cap" on the end to act as a Lynch pin. This should have come with the rest of the scale. If not, a regular nail will probably work just as well while you wait for the company to replace it.
