Looks great, very sturdy. The instructions were pretty useless but easy enough to figure out how to assemble. Overall very pleased.

The instructions are useless. However, with a little bit of logic, it is easy to assemble. It does not fold up flat, so you either need to disassemble it to store, or accept that it takes a bit of space when folded. The design suits out fireplace perfectly, so we are very happy with it. The gate is easy to open, but would be hard for a toddler, so access for an adult to the fire is easy, but not possible for most children.

Easy to assemble, easy to shape around fireplace. Not yet fitted to wall as waiting decoration but seems simple enough. Feels very sturdy and safe for almost crawling baby

Love sturdiness and look but was disappointed when I lit fire and bars were hot to touch

Perfect fit and secure, takes away the worry of little ones falling near the stove.

Great product

This a good looking fire guard. It is well made and stays cool even when the log burner is working hard. My only suggestion would be that although the ends of the guard are fixed securely to the wall, the centre portion remains free and if moved sufficiently could damage the wall fixings. Small suction cups or adhesive pads on the bottom of the gate assembly could make the structure a little more stable when it is accidentally knocked or deliberately manhandled by boisterous children.
