Size you select matters a lot, for e.g. I am having 32' waist, i ordered M size, its comfortable for me, however at times if i have to make it more tight i cant do, thus sometimes i feel i should have ordered S sizeOverall, its been a nice buddy to do shoulder - barbell overhead, Back - deadlift, extreme rows, Lat Pull and even ChinUpFor Legs - Squats, Lunges, very effective, even the bicep curl this belt keeps your core steady and avoid your sudden jerk movementsGO FOR IT

Value for money. High quality belt
Very durable and surprisingly strong even though it is very light weight compared to the leather ones. The velcro holds really well and there's no slippage. The velcro also gives you find tightness control unlike buckle type designs where two adjacent holes are either too loose or too tight. I broke one belt because it became too tight during lifting and risked injury.The only negative is that the texture is a bit rough.

Gives you good support if you are a heavylifter.
A really good support belt you can find online. Gives you enough support when trying to lift heavy weights. Been using it for the past couple of weeks and as a heavy bodybuilder I found it to be really useful. I recommend this product but before you buy any size I strongly recommend you to measure your size. Because for my case I'm 32" pant size and the right sized belt for me is small or 26"-30", since it's the waist above your navel and not the hip you have to measure. I first ordered the medium size and it was not tight enough for so had to replace it with the smaller size. As far as the durability is concerned it is yet to be tested from my side, but so far so good.

I purchased XL size.My belly measurement is 44 inch. Its a perfect fit for me.l felt comfortable during weight lifting exercises at gym.
