Easy to use - perfect for the price
These hand grips are so simple and just what I needed. I spend a lot of time on the computer, on social media for influencing and also a lot of tiny hand-on detailed crafting - so I need to make sure my hands have the best workout they can to stay strong and keep my fingers agile and limber!These grips are easy to use - adjustable for resistance - and work great for myself (tiny hands) and my husband as well (huge hands!)This is a perfect purchase to strengthen forearms, tone arm muscles, increase your hand strength and stamina, and improve your dexterity.A great product.

Reasonable pair and they do the job
Not most comfortable when you want higher resistance/ weight but for my hands they work fine. They show wear and tear shortly after first few uses but functionally fine. They are light enough and not ugly, so points for that. Nice to have the adjustability, unlike old pair I have only have one strength.

Fantastic rehabilative product
Very well thought out product design. I got the idea to purchase as my son had broken his pinky and the Dr. was taking strength measurements at his follow up appointments. This product allows him to see his current and increasing strength as he gets stronger. The product allows you to set the resistance from 20lbs to 90lbs. This is handy as someone using this for exercise vs. rehabilitative can do high weight low reps or low weight high reps. Great product if you are looking to increase your own dexterity, overall grip strength, or grip length.

Gonna get a lot of use
We are 2 senior citizens and arthritis and weakness is setting in, particularly in our hands. Ordered these on Monday and they arrived today (Thursday) Been using them this afternoon and so far they seem to be just what we need and wanted. Easy to set the different strengths and we will keep them right by the couch to use as we sit and watch tv. Having a pair (one for each of us) is a good idea.
