I am a diehard straw-lovers. I quite literally go through at least 3 a day (I know, I know). Naturally, living in a super hipster town, that started to reflect pretty badly. Straws are pretty much the devil in Austin.Sooooo, since I knew I wasn’t going to stop using them, I looked for alternatives. While I do have to mental ones, I can’t get over how weird they feel. These biodegradable straws are freaking awesome because not only do they still *feel* like straws, but they don’t get gross and fall apart on you after a second.Basically, I got these so when people come over (and when I drink a million beverages a day), people don’t think I’m a POS. And, alas, they’re the perfect solution.

Paper straws! Why haven't these trended sooner? My local coffee shop uses paper and hay straws and I just saw an ad for a reusable straw that you can carry around with you (which does not appeal because of the need to clean it). I don't use straws very often, so I put this concept to the back of my mind and decided to just opt for them when I had convenient access to them.A few nights ago, a bunch of friends and I were out to dinner, and my friend pulled out a bag of colorful straws from her purse and offered them to all of us. It was such a fun moment, her sharing her straw bounty with the table. As soon as I got home, I went to Amazon to find paper straws, and discovered these Terra Products items. They are even more colorful and joyous in person! I keep some in my car for when I go out to eat.If you are hesitating at all about buying these, please do not. I'm pretty sure that you will be as happy as I am with this product.

I actually bought these for my cockatiel and conure, to be honest! They love tearing anything paper apart and carrying things like this about. I wanted something colorful but safe for them and environmentally friendly. I may end up bringing some of these fun straws to my nephew as well. They are incredibly sturdy and very vibrant! They would make excellent party straws or crafting supplies. I just wish they didn't come in a plastic film (though I understand why they did). I highly recommend them for their intended purpose or more off label uses like mine!

I bought these straws for a dinner gathering and it definitely created an impression with the pattern and bright colors. Great for events! I really like these straws because they are sturdy despite being made of paper so you won't have to worry about the straw losing its shape when left in your drink. If you want straws that are fun and help the environment, I would definitely encourage you to try these straws!

I like how this product is not made of plastic and biodegradable. The colors are bright too. Sometimes using reusable straws are inconvenient only due to the scrubbing which doesn't always get it to clean whereas this product after use i can throw it away without any worry it would be in the ocean or landfill for the next 20 years. I used several of these was impressed they held up several hours in cup without falling apart.

I purchased these for a birthday party and needless to say they were a hit. The bright colors and Patterns were perfectly festive. They lasted a long time and kept their shape. They are kid friendly as they didn't bend or drip. And being biodegradable made me enjoy them more. But the value for my money is awesome. I definitely recommend these for any occasion.

I wanted to like these bc I want to help the environment. And I will use them. I get iced coffee every day from Starbucks and now use these straws in that iced coffee. They get soft in about ten minutes to the point where I can’t use the straw to drink out of because it has collapsed like wet paper. And the plastic x in the lid of the cup that the state goes through then pinched the straw in half once the straw has softened. They are pretty though.

Who doesn’t like colorful straws at their party? These paper straws are good for the environment and really make a fun statement at your party! I have used these for my daughter’s birthday party, Christmas party, playgroups, my birthday party, any reason to have a party! There are so many in even one package I feel like I will never run out! Such a great deal for these rather than paying $5 at a brick and mortar store for a package of 50.
