Working great so far. Puts off good heat for winter nights outside.

I've had 2 and they're OK
The mechanicals in the first one rusted due to moisture finding its way into the valve controls. It's so much work to find the exact valve replacement that it was easier to buy a whole new set up. The 2nd one's structure was less moisture resistant which is weird because it's made of "Envirostone" which is a blend of resin and marble. Basically like fiberglass - NOT plastic. Constantly covered and little rain (Los Angeles), 1/4 of the structure cracked and caved inward. It's still strong enough to support the rocks but looks crappy now. The cheap plastic cover they include became so brittle with constant sun it tore apart. But that's expected with time. It was a good buy twice but I won't buy it a second time. Instead, I'll cannibalize the propane parts and construct something with bricks from Home Depot.

Had some major issues that were not present when it was installed, but quickly popped up making it dangerous.
Looks good, worked great for a while, flames a bit on the small side for such a large pit, but I was ok with that. I tested it for leaks when I set it up on the patio, then filled it with the rocks. After about 7 or 8 uses, it then developed a leak on the connector under it causing a gas buildup away from the flame that was trapped by the body, and not detectable to the nose. When that propane came in contact with the lit ring, it produced a giant fireball that came flying out underneath the unit. I am surprised it didn't blow up entirely. I was able to repair the connector, but that doesn't seem like a mark of quality or safety to me. I would not buy this again.
