There are too many negative issues to list. Communication with seller left me speechless. The impression left by our difficulties with Wall Pressions was, at first, laughable, due to the fact that the lettering on our personalized vinyl lettering poster we're impossible to remove by a group consisting of art specialists, myself, and project administrators. Laughing at first was quickly followed by anger and dismay. I have a video and pictures to commemorate the efforts we put in to separating the letters from the parchment. The video is "funny" and will soon be posted. The attached photo is the result of resolute professionals trying to save the day. Wall Pressions had no answer and did not refund the money to my account. PLEASE, DO NOT CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS PRODUCT! Also, there are many other options available to you if you choose to personalize a stick-on wall mural that actually works. This product is a failure across the board.

The end result was amazing and was everything I hoped it'd be. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was there was an issue with the spelling of my name. They responded to my issue quickly and sent me letters in the mail to correct the issue. Which did lead to some headaches making sure everything was lined up and spaced correctly so it didn't look like I added a letter after the fact, but it worked out in the end.

No good

when you stick the logo on the wall, the letters do not separate from the paper. I literally had to get a razor and peel the edges of the letters to begin seperatinf the letters from the paper. This task took a few hours to complete. The ending result is nice however it takes a lot of time and patients.

Very difficult to stick to wall. Not recommended for textured drywall, took me more than an hour to finally stick it.

If I could give a 0 I would do that, like a 1 is too good!! We followed the directions explicitly and some of the decal was not placed properly....it was on the wrong side of the paper. Completely disappointed and would highly recommend u use another vender!!
