Perfect size for refrigerator space saving if you’re making 500g loafs. Quality is also great. Liner wash well so far. Very happy I found these.

These are small but work well for my sourdough bread bowls (for soup or dips) and mini loaves. My bread bowls weigh 315g and fit nicely. I believe you could probably go as large as 375g or maybe even 400g. My only complaint is the bottom of the bowls are not flat enough, so the bowls rock and tip over easily.

Easy cleaning and very easy to use, perfect size, amazing value, easy to store, does not absorb smells. I has help maintaining my loaves in great shape.

These baskets work great. I like cold proofing my sourdough overnight in the fridge. These baskets are a perfect size for a boule. I lightly dust the lining with rice flour and my dough comes out clean when I'm ready to bake. Lining cleans up easily, shake off the excess flour and rinse in hot then cold water and let them air dry.

This is probably the best $20 dollars that you can spend if you really enjoy home made sour dough bread. I have a family of 4 and I made once a week 4 loafs of bread and we all love it, with these baskets this job is way easier and more professional. I would highly recommend it. The looks is very aesthetic, the dough rises very easy and bakes very good, perfect thickness that makes them very light weight. Sour dough bread like a Pro

Only one of the "DOYOLLA Bread Proofing Baskets Set of 2 8.5 inch Round Dough Proofing Bowls w/Liners Perfect for Home Sourdough Bakers Baking" arrived. When I asked about the 2nd one they acknowledged it was their mistake and offered me two choices. I could ask for a refund or order a new one. Sending me the missing basket was not one of the choices. The way they worded their message made me think English was a second language for them or they were dumb. I don't think that anymore. I think they are pretty smart and they know how to use the system. I'll never trust Clest F&H ever again. I just wish I could give a lower number than one star.
