Try to stop eating it
I happened upon this cheese by chance. It truly does taste like a cross between parmesan and cheddar, but that doesn't even describe how delicious it is. I meant to take a small taste, and it was all I could do to keep from eating the whole block. It's sharp, crumbly, and delicious. If I don't devour it is one sitting, it would be great with crackers. I'm also going to crumble it on top of my salad and on top of cooked veggies.
