This is from Cindy from CK not Michael (he is my hubby)
Love, love, love this book. Very easy and to the point recipes. I have made many of the recipes and they have all been hits with the family. Sometimes you just want to stay home and eat, but have a certain item you like from your favorite restaurant, but aren't sure how to make it. This book will guide you through it. You will find yourself cooking more and more at home! A couple of my favorites to make are the fire bites, the baja bean salad, french onion soup, or the Monte Cristo Sandwich! I left the restaurant names out because you need to buy the book! LOL Ohhhhh the cajun rice is yummy! And for my final mouth watering suggestion....The Carrot cake on page 181 is the best you will ever have!! I can't wait until her next one hits the shelves! :) :)

Good little book
So far, pretty good cookbook. As a person on Weight Watchers, I wish they had the nutritional content per serving but you can plug in the ingredients. The Cheddar Bay biscuits were really good (the wife asked if she smelled what she thought she smelled). One point to note; the Sweet Tomatoes Broccoli and Cheese soup recipe is really the Cream of broccoli recipe (re-read it 5 times looking for the cheese), but regardless it turned out well. Bourbon chicken is the next one I am going to try.

Decent Cookbook
I bought this book after looking up recipes on the website. There are a few recipes that I really like in here, and some I have tried just fall short. I think the numerous mixed drink recipes are really the best part, even though that's not what I bought it for. Overall, this is a decent cookbook if you want to try to recreate restaurant recipes at home, and you have control of exactly what goes into it. Just keep in mind that these recipes aren't really the recipes they use at the restaurant necessarily, but they are the author's best attempt to recreate the dishes.

Not as many restaurants as one would think.
Not bad recipes. But I specifically bought this book because a certain recipe was advertised on their website as being in the book (Olive Garden chicken gnocchi soup) and that recipe was no where to be found in the book. Some good recipes, but I haven't heard of half of the restaurants and all of the recipes could have probably been found online.

so many chili recipes
I am happy to have this book as there are several recipes that I have never had. But, there are quite a few recipes for chili and too many drinks recipes for my liking.

Copykat.com's Dining Out at Home Cookbook
This book might be alright if you're American, but It's full of rubbish that my friends and myself had never heard of and ingredients that are impossible to obtain locally. In a word rubbish.
