Anker PowerCore 20000 Redux, 20000mAh High Capacity Portable Charger Dual Port 4.8A Output Compact Power Bank for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and More

I needed a high powered power bank that I could charge multiple items more than once each charge.On my last trip of 4 days, I never had to recharge the Anker power bank. I used the power bank to charge my phone (OnePlus 6) 4 times as well as my tablet while I was on the plane. I watched movies on the tablet which draw a good amount. When I got home from my trip I still had 1 light on the battery indicator. The charging was normal and not slow. The OnePlus phones have a rapid charging but it is different than say the Samsung phones. So it will never rapid charge on any power bank but I wanted this power bank as an extra power source while on the plane (plane chargers suck) and to have in an emergency if there were not outlets to recharge my phone. Plus I can charge while it's in my backpack.Well worth the money and the power bank does not take up much room in my bag. Overall a great power bank and I would highly suggest it to anyone looking for a slim high powered bank.

I bought this power bank for a Vegas trip in december 2020 and It worked perfectly for that. however I have only charged this thing literally 4 times (including the one time for Vegas) I went to charge it up again this morning and the charging port/cord do not work. You have to apply pressure (wayyyy too much pressure) to get it to take a charge, I even have the original cord that came with it and it still doesn’t work properly.If I had used this bank over and over I would understand but I have not.Highly disappointed for the price, which sucks because I always go for Anker products wherever I can, I’ve never had an issue before.

This charger is a game changer. Will charge my phone multiple times with out recharging the charger.When out in the woods hunting over a full weekend I used the charger many many times to charge my Iphone, My phone is old and the battery is very week and on cold days the batter just dies. Plug the phone in the charger and good to go. I would just leave my phone plugged in and worked like a champ all weekend long, then went out the following weekend and did the same thing and still did not recharge the charger. Would+ recommend this for anyone that will be away from a power outlet for hours on end or just to have to recharge your devices. Good product and price was good as well.

Edit: Anker contacted me within a few days of my review to see how they can help, and have determined that my power pack is faulty... They offered to send me a replacement, the walked me through each step to take and everything was quite smoothSince my original order, I moved to a new address, and they even forwarded to the new address which added a few more days on the side of delivery, but I tracked the package and it came considerably fast for a forwarded package...Thank you Anker for the awesome customer service, since my first power pack a few years ago, I've always been telling people I know about giving Anker a try, and I'll definitely keep doing so.(Original review: After leaving my phone connected over night a few times, I have a feeling that this power pack dosent have a system to stop charging when device is full, bcz I've ended up in the morning with 20% and a dead power packI'll test it out a bit more and update it anything changes, for now I'm stuck with this as my return window has closed...)

I am so happy with this charger. The battery keeps its charge for a long time even after myself and others are all using it or sharing it to charge our phones on the go. It seems very durable. I haven't abused it or dropped it at all, so I can't tell you for sure about dropping it much. It's only downside is that it is a little on heavy side. Making my purse heavier when I carry it, but the charge always lasts for days. My grand kids both count on me to carry this so they can charge their phones if needed on the go too. And the charge still lasts days after that too. So then I knew the grandson needed one (mostly so I didn't have to carry mine!) and his birthday came around, that was my opportunity. It's been well worth it for me so I am sure it will last for him.

So far I have recharged my Samsung S9 twice and another Samsung J9 (?) completely from 'dead battery' to 100% and still have and two blue lights on the power pack. It took one more phone charge and my laptop to 88% before it 'died'. Seems to be a great product and holds plenty of juice.

What’s the the saying,good things come in small packages. Well the same can be said about this power bank. Easily placed in any pocket of your bag. Holds charge like no other power bank around. Charges my iPhone quickly and multiple times before needing to be recharged. You can easily see how much power you have with the easy to read leds. It also has a net feature to recharge smaller items like wireless headphones or your wireless mouse. Click the power button 2 times and it goes into trickle charge so it does not shut off by the low power needs of your smaller devices. I would and have recommended this to friends/ family.

Mainly use in bugout bag for hurricanes , in case of power outage , can charge cell phones a few times on 1 battery charge , does not take long to recharge it as well , holds charge for long time , excellent as a battery backup on flights also , and especially if the power is down for a extended time

This battery pack is the newest version of the Powercore battery range. I suppose the older version is called "Anker [Upgraded] PowerCore Speed 20000", but the naming is confusing, as the older one is the "Upgraded version"...The battery really lacks a USB-C port, which, for a 2019 product, is lacklustre. The way the battery is charged is via micro USB, when many competitors these days offer a dual input/output USB-C plug (hence providing an additional charging option as well).Also, the placement of the Micro USB port to charge the battery is on the side of the device, which is awkward at best, especially when the battery is placed vertically in your backpack, in a tight seat pocket, or in the pocket of a coat. All input/outputs should be located on the same side, to avoid cable management issues, and potential damage to the ports.The shape is also a bit awkward, long, narrow but quite thick, whereas other batteries tend to be more flat, which gives them better options for their ports. Flatter batteries also fit better in the seat/bag pockets, as they're less protruding.Overall, I was expecting better from Anker, especially for a refresh of one of their best-selling batteries.I've got a RAVPower 20100mAh battery with USB C (product number is B01CHZMFUS) and it has none of the issues mentioned above!Update: the customer service from Anker contacted me kindly to try to satisfy me and offered a replacement with a different product, Powercore Lite. It has a USB C on the side next to the micro USB port, but it doesn't really fix the other design issues. Anyway, I appreciate their efforts, excellent customer service!

Its heavy and although has the patterned side, it is still of quite a svelte design. This means it can slip out your hand by accident, fairly easily.It takes very long to charge but it doesn't hold it for as long as I have previously experienced.It does charge devices when connected quickly though.I also wish I didn't need to press a button to begin charging, as I have forgotten this before although due to my own negligence.

The media could not be loaded.  After my first Anker PowerCore 20000 gave up on me, Anker customer support was so nice that they have contacted me and they have sent a brand new PowerCore to me which I am still using today. So far everything seems to be good with it. Unfortunately my first experience was not the best with the product itself, but customer support made me smile again. They were really helpful and kind, and without any hesitation they went ahead and sent me a replacement, so for me ANKER CUSTOMER SUPPORT is a 10/10. I really hope this second product will be just as good as the customer support itsef was. Time will tell, but I feel safe, since I know I can count on them if anything goes wrong again with my product. Thank you so much for being reliable and making me feel safe with my choice!

About my third big Anker battery, they are all well made (I only have to replace them because I lose them travelling) and pack plenty of charge.Having two outlets is great given the number of devices we all carry around.Only thing not as good on this as the last one I had that could charge off a lightning cable (and a micro-usb) so could always charge it up again but could also charge faster. (Tip, team it up with the Anker 4 sub plug in charger).But this is a really good conference away for a few days battery pack!

Had a problem with the first power bank contacted customer services they were quick with their emails and genuinely wanted to sort it out for me.The next day a new power bank was sent out and this one is great and works the way that they say it does on their info.A little bit on the heavy side but when you think how much it can charge you can really can understand why.
