Excellent product. It is so refreshing to put together something American made. All the parts fit nicely. The instructions were well thought out and easy to follow. I will buy another one for my other garage.

We needed a lift to get our Christmas decorations up and down in our new home. Pretty straight forward installation, not bad. Had a problem and Keith in service talked and walked me through trouble shooting and repairing it. Good value and strong lifting capacity. Not crazy about the strap connectors to the tray, tendency to get pulled out of alignment, not a big deal easy to readjust.

I was able to install it myself several years ago. Because I installed between 2x4 trusses, I added some 2x2s on top of the attic floor to make sure the lift stays in place. I had to laugh when I saw the video ad that had someone climbing a ladder with a big tote on their head. That was what I used to do. This has been working for several years. It is a life saver!

I bought the smaller one to fit between my trusses without modification. I'll probably have to downsize some totes, but I didn't want to void my structural warranty. I'm getting old enough that I can still get up and down and even install this thing just fine... but also thinking a few years ahead. 10 ft ceilings... lots of Christmas stuff, etc... that fall would be really bad. Anything material handling is easy overpriced for what it is. This is no different, but it's cheaper than a storage unit in the long run and adds value. I seriously considered building my own rig... I'm handy like that, but I just don't have time. The unit was easy to install once I watched the videos. Written instructions were a little weak. I did it all myself. The sheet metal edges are sharp... I didn't get cut... but I learned that lesson a long time ago. Be careful. Operation is slick. It's well designed and seems well made. I took a star just for the price... I think they've got high unit markup and low volume.

It says you need two people, but I had no problem doing it my self. Once I figured out where to put it.

Take your time to install. Works great. I will be monitoring the nylon cables/straps for durability. Wired controller has plenty of length to mount on side wall. Very satisfied with design and workmanship of product.

I recently purchased a second one of these attic lifts. I have not had any problems with either one. They were easy to install and use.
