Can i Reuse them for sublimation and it wont stain my other blank shirt ?

You should not use these for sublimation. Use white butcher paper and discard after use. It allows the moisture out. Teflon should only be used for HTV heat pressing.

Is this meant to use in oven for baking, like pizza?

no it is used for heat transfer vinyl

Its a bit flimsy to use for baking. I use this crafting purposes

It is a one time use. However, I use it for crafting till I get glue on it. Lining my bird cage is a one time use.
