Review: Beautiful even empty - We bought this to decant older bottles. It works great, no sediment gets though. Clean up is easy and the hanging dryer is nice. The look is beautiful with the mountain at the base. The glass is thick enough without being too heavy. Holds a bottle with ease. The price was much better than in a shop.
Review: Nice size and the spout filter attachment is perfect - this decanter is large enough to hold btl of wine but small enough to be easy to handle and clean. Love that it comes with the drying rack and cleaning beads. The filter/spout is really nice. Does a decent job of aerating the wine as you pour it in. We have a vinturi aerator that we pour through into the decanter. But that same filter/spout makes it easy to pour into glasses without spilling or dripping. It is very attractive, and as I said small enough that it doesn't take up too much table space. The base, and therefore surface area, isn't as large as our previous decanter, but the aerating spout makes up for that somewhat if you dont have another aerator to rely on. But the wider base decanter we had was awkward to hold and pour from, so on balance I prefer this product.

**Q: What's the cleaning beads used for?**
A: The beads are used for removing the stubborn wine setiment that doesnt get removed from the decanter after normal cleaning. Insert the beads into the decanter, swirl them around for a little while with soapy water to remove the setiment. Hope this helps.

**Q: What size is the opening in the neck of the glass?**
A: The opening of the glass neck at the top is 2 inches

**Q: this is made in china. why does this product come up when searching made in america only ?**
A: I'm not sure where it was made, but it's good quality decanter for the price

**Q: Can I receive a replacement of the rubber ring that goes around the top of the lid part to hold it in place? I got this as a gift but I lost that.**

I purchased this set a few years ago based on the aerator/filter feature. It soon became my go to decanter. I liked the design of the decanter base and appreciated the ability to aerate and filter wine while I decanted it. The ease I could serve it, or pour it back in to the bottle without taking the aerator off was also a great feature. I have never experienced a leak from around the aerator-decanter when pouring wine back out. The drying stand was a nice bonus as well. I liked it so much, that I gifted a set to my sister-in-law for Christmas 2020. Unfortunately, I lost the aerator during a vacation a few months ago. I came back here to order another set, but thought I would reach out to YouYah to see if I could get a replacement aerator instead. Despite me sending my enquiry at midnight on New Year’s Day, they responded back to me within 2 hours. Unfortunately, they were unable to sell me a replacement aerator, but offered to send me a complete decanter set for free! I am super impressed with their Customer service and commitment to their customers. I will definitely continue to recommend this decanter/aerator to all of my wine loving friends.
