If the snakes are within the barrier, they will not cross over the product. We recommend keeping a small section open for the snakes to travel through.

I have a small water feature ( apx 12' x 14' ) in my garden area. Is Snake-a-Way safe for the water, water plants and goldfish?

No, Snake Away is not safe to use where water is present and should not be applied directly to water. It is very toxic to fish.

Can i let the dogs outside after applying the snake-a-way

Sure. Snake-a-way is a granule that basically is the ingredient in moth balls. After I put it out, my property smells like it has gone into winter storage...but the snakes leave because they don't like the smell and that is what I want. I put it in my large shed where I store my garden tractor. I also sprinkle it in my vegetable garden to get rid of any snakes that may be hiding there. I sprinkle it around my house and still see all the four footed woodland animals coming through my property.
