I've been eyeing the last version of this lamp for a year, nearly the same model without wireless charging - it has 4+ stars with thousands of reviews. Stumbled upon this guy with wireless charging and decided, with this upgrade, I'd definitely finally buy it.I love it. The design is modern and elegant. It's made primarily of a brushed & textured finished metal with sturdy hinges. The light is very flexible and highly articulated which I love for splashing it against the backboard of my bed and wall.The touch panel controls work perfectly, responsively and the light temperature and dimming options are excellent. The nightlight is great for the bedroom right before sleep when you don't wan't a bright light filling the entire room.As for the new feature on this lamp, the wireless charging, works very well. Just set your phone down and it charges quickly. I have a Galaxy s8 with a thicker Otterbox Commuter case and it has no issues charging it.Without a doubt, would buy again.Edit 02-20-2019: The one downside to this lamp is that the power button is always lit up and bright. In some applications, it’s helpful for finding it in a dark room but at bedtime in a bedroom, its really annoying and lights the place up. Not a big deal as I lie my fan remote across the button panel and that covers it up really well. On a future model, the power button light should be much dimmer.

I just received this lamp and I'm very impressed. I was a little nervous, because it is pretty expensive compared to alternatives and, at the time I bought it, all the reviews were from people given the lamp for free to review. But, it is worth the extra cash, especially if you have devices that use wireless charging.Build quality is fantastic. It is made mostly of metal and feels very sturdy. The hinges and pivots (of which it has many) are smooth and precise. The bottom swivel could probably benefit from being just a hair easier to turn, though. The lamp has a great diffuser, spreads the light evenly, can't see individual LED bulbs and the shape of it lets it throw a wide beam. The LEDs themselves can go extremely bright, and the color range is good. No flickering on low brightness. The night light feature is handy. The arm is longer than expected, with the positioning of the lamp at the farther end it can even reach over my 24" monitor on its stand. I work from home frequently and am a heavy Skype video conference user and the positioning, brightness and color range make this great for front lighting for my Webcam.And, finally, the Qi charging pad works perfectly, is big enough for big phones.

This LED light is a very solid, and weighty, light. If you're looking for a light plastic PoS, go look elsewhere! While there are cheaper options, this thing is mostly metal and built like a brick lighthouse. The LED is a decent brightness with no problem of lighting up a desk or reading area, and a dimness that will complement a nightstand and not wake a significant other mate. The color modes (color temperature) adjust from a nice hard white to a soothing soft warm white. The wireless charger works well with my iPhone Xs Max with case. A USB port in the back charges my Ipad Mini 4 to satisfaction as I sleep. You can rotate and position the light itself and the dual-hinged arm to your liking.I don't have any cons concerning this product. It should last many years if not decades. I love it so much (using on my home office desk) that I bought two more ... one for my office at work when I don't want the horrible fluorescents contributing to a headache (same design - is the smaller light with no wireless charger and a little cheaper), and another exact copy of this light for my nightstand. If you want a well-built, heavyish, customizable, and modern styled LED lamp with decent light, You can't go wrong with this awesome product.

I was a little skeptical both of the cost and the 5 star rating (summarized). However, when it arrived today, it was clearly everything promised and more. This lamp is sturdy. The NFC/Qi wireless charging works great. The light modes are easily adjustable and the ability to get angle and height on this is amazing.The packaging was top notch. It arrived in pristine condition and it was clear that every consideration was reviewed.The setup took just a couple of minutes and I was off and running.The picture above is actual other than removing PI. The lighting was a strong sun backlight behind the shades. Tweaking the lamp to an incandescent hue and adjusting the brightness to a medium was simple and provided the perfect light.I would recommend this to anyone and I will probably purchase more from the same manufacturer!

Really pleased with this purchase. I bought this as a gift for myself with an Amazon gift card from a birthday, and I'm glad I did.I use this solely on my home office desk which faces two windows (meaning I get shadows from my dual monitors later in the day). The brightness is fantastic and is super easily adjusted. The color schemes (I think 5?) are just different enough to where I can pick the warmth of light I want in the morning versus the afternoon. And the wireless charging is great for my company iPhone 8 that sits by me during business hours.I have noticed it can get a little warm on top but nothing that is going to injury me or anyone who touches it.I use the lamp throughout the day, from 8 - 5, and I still get excited just to tap the touch settings to adjust the brightness, color, or to turn it off and on.Not sure if it's worth $100, but I am glad I got it for myself with a gift card.
