However, after speaking with the manufacturer about my issue, I was assured I had either received a used diffuser or a diffuser damaged in shipping. So a replacement was issued and everything's working just fine. I so love these cute little things. They pack a huge aroma punch to be so little. Very user friendly, sleek, modern and such an eye catcher. I love the 3 different settings.....I've had bigger diffusers in the past that only had one setting, so 3 settings is such a nice feature. You get a cute little suede storage bag, a carrying strap and a little adhesive mounting sticker for wall mounting. I like to switch up the locations because you can practically put this diffuser anywhere. Very versatile and fairly quiet....and thank God it doesn't have to attached to the charging port to operate. I always turn it to the lowest setting because I find the lowest setting sufficient enough to output enough aroma, especially when I'm doing yoga or relaxation exercises. Definitely will be buying more of these as Christmas gifts. 5 stars all the way around! Old review......... I charged them up right away when they arrived and was pleasantly surprised how fast they charged. I bought both the Wood Grain and Dark Brown and loved them.....their size, their user friendly design, 3 wind speed options for such small lil' things and the aroma power they punched despite being so compact. Then my blissful dream entered a nightmare....... I charged them the next day and it took hours to charge. I thought maybe it was just a fluke or something was wrong with my charging port but who was I kidding? The following day......the same thing. Very disappointed in something I was looking forward to and perhaps buying as Christmas gifts. 3 star deduction for the charging issues. If someone from the company's quality control department reads this...please work on the charging issues. This little thing should not be taking hours to charge.

I absolutely LOVE this Weljoy diffuser. It has helped keep my dog safe from harmful oil scents, while aiding in conquering my terrible sinus pain. I wish I had discovered this diffuser sooner! The size of this diffuser is perfect for small, personal spaces, like my car and little nooks around my house. It's very portable, but I'm going to buy a few more so I can keep one in my car, on my nightstand, and on a shelf in the bathroom. The wood appearance is cute and blends in nicely with the real wood around my house. When I received my Weljoy diffuser it was very nicely packaged. Each piece, (charger cord, oil pads and diffuser), was neatly wrapped in plastic, all placed nicely in a very thick and sturdy cardboard gift box, perfect for storage or gift giving. Upon taking the diffuser out of the box, I charged it and it reached full battery in under an hour. I used the diffuser on low for several hours over 3 days and it didn't need to be recharged until the third day of being on low for 6+ hours. Battery life definitely gets a thumbs up. My favorite oil mixture is peppermint, lavender and eucalyptus, which helps my sinus pain, but peppermint and eucalyptus is harmful to dogs, so I can't use these oils unless I stay in my bedroom with the door closed so my pup can't get in. My regular water diffuser sends peppermint and eucalyptus throughout the house, but with this Weljoy diffuser, the essential oil scent stays in a smaller area, which is exactly what I needed. This allows me to use peppermint and eucalyptus in a small, personal space without harming my dog. This is a VERY big deal. This diffuser is worth every penny. Not only can I treat my sinus pain, but I can relax while doing so because I know my pup is safe. Thank you, Weljoy.

I'd been looking for a portable diffuser that didn't need water and was happy to come across this one. It's smartly designed, compact, and attractive - I especially like the way the panel that opens for inserting the oil pad attaches to the body of the device by tiny magnets. The fan is surprisingly powerful for its size and a couple of drops of oil on the pad last for days when the diffuser is used for several hours daily. All that said - this feels like a first version of the device, and I'm hoping the manufacturer considers a few tweaks to subsequent models in the future. While the LED lights are helpful to know whether the device is running and/or charging, the green power light on the back in particular is very bright and blinks when the device is plugged in and charging - which makes it distracting to use this in a dark room (say, while sleeping) unless the light is covered with a bit of duct tape. As others have mentioned, the fan is a bit loud when set to the middle and high speeds - kind of like the fan on an old PC. Not a deal breaker, but enough to be distracting. The middle and high speeds also cause my unit to vibrate slightly when it's placed on a hard surface (like a desk), which increases the noise. It would also be nice to have some sort of thin screen protecting the fan mechanism on each side, since it's easy to touch the fan accidentally when moving the unit while it's running. Those are all minor quibbles, but would help make this already great device a practically perfect one. Still very highly recommended in the meantime.

I can’t say enough good things about this little diffuser and the company behind it. I use it in my guest room, and with the door closed, the entire space fills with scent within minutes. I use P&J fragrance oils on the pads (even ordered extra ones), and the aroma lasts the whole time it’s on. It’s not meant for big open areas, but in smaller rooms, it works beautifully. In the morning, I add a drop of eucalyptus and lemon while I’m getting ready—it’s the perfect boost. It does make a soft fan-like sound on high, but I don’t mind it at all. What really sets this apart is how portable it is. I even used it in my husband’s car—on low—and it worked surprisingly well. He liked it so much he wanted to keep it, so I sent him the link to order one too! It comes with a little pouch and charging cable, so I can take it with me wherever I go. I love that I can control when the scent is released, unlike other car fresheners that fade quickly and waste product. I plan to bring it to my office next since that space is even smaller than my guest room. Customer service deserves serious praise—when my first unit had an issue, they responded right away, sent a replacement with zero hassle, and treated me with so much care. That kind of service is rare these days. I’m so happy with this purchase and will definitely order again. Highly recommend!

Our summer home gets really humid, so we don't want to use any of our ultrasonic EO diffusers. We looked at units that cost $50 to $100+ for a tiny waterless diffuser. They're all handsome--handblown glass and real wood... But too many customers have too frequent problems with these "atomizers." So we thought we'd give this fan-dispersal unit a try. It's the right size to carry with you anywhere--car, office, around the house. And the low fan noise doesn't bother anyone in our home. Another bonus, it charges quickly (under 3 hours) yet, on the lowest setting, the fan blows for about 5 hours. But the EO scent lasts only for the first hour or so with the fan on. When our youngest took the machine down with him into the game room to relax with his friends online for a group game, he forgot to turn it on. I popped in an hour later and could smell the EO's just from the saturated cotton pad inside the unit. But another hour later, unit turned on low, when I popped in again, I could no longer smell the EO's--even though the fan was going strong still. So the aroma seems to last only an hour or two--and that with an already saturated pad. We were hoping for something that would reliably and consistently release EO's for the entire time the battery was active--like our water-based diffusers do. Another minus our family has noticed is you have to get really close to the unit to smell anything EVEN at first when the pad is saturated with EO's. Our water-based units fill a small room (~300 sf) with EO aroma for the entire time they're on (6-8 hours). And we use no more EO's in the water reservoir than we do on these tiny cotton pads (about 6-8 drops). So while this unit is a cute curiosity for our family, we're back on Amazon less than a week later looking for another water-free EO dispersal unit. We're trying one of the less expensive "atomizers." If it can't compete with our reliable (years old and still work perfectly) water diffusers, then we'll just have to stop using EO's until the cool, dry fall arrives again when the added humidity won't be a problem. 3-stars for portability, presentation (nice box, felt carrying case, and a generous EIGHT tiny cotton pads), and strong (despite being tiny) fan.

My grandaughter is so mesmerized by my extensive essential oil collection and Loves my big misting diffuiser. How ever essential oils are not toys and as good as they are for health and well being they need to be responsibly used and she is still to young. But she will carry a cotton ball around forever smelling it and sighing. I have been on the look out for something that would be kid friendly but limit her amount of exposure to her favorite essential oils. THIS WAS IT!! I purchased small zip lock bags (1.5 x 1.5 inches) and wrote the name of the oils and then copy and pasted pictures of lavendar, sandlewood, lemon, Rose and a few others to each individual bag, added a few drops to the squares that come with the portable diffuiser, till I had an acceptable strength for her. She was soooooooooo excited and tickled she has her own little diffuiser with a controlled amount of scent that is safe, pleasant and enough for her with out overwelming the room. As a bonus she can now read and identify those essentials. Now I just need to buy one for me.

Don’t get ripped off like I did. Doesn’t hold a charge, doesn’t disperse scent. Looks cute, maybe hanger it on your artificial tree and hope the pine oil scent gets noticed as you walk by.

I love the small compactness of this mini diffuser. I bought this because I have GAD and i will also get random panic attacks while driving, and I will usually just have the AC on full blast in my face while doing some breathing techiniques, but I really wanted a travel mini diffuser. This is perfect! I have a comparison photo next to my apple mouse, and it also comes with a string handle to carry it. One thing I will note: There is no image or giant instruction paper, so if your looking for it, it won't have any. It only comes with a little card telling you to put the essential oil on the white pad before placing it into the diffuser. I included a picture of where the white pad needs to sit, and the lid pops right on. It has three different fan speed settings as well, and those are adjusted by clicking the power button until you get the right speed. So power button serves as on/off and speed control. The light will turn blue when its on and green when its charging or fully charged. It's really simple! Great buy for anyone who loves essential oils, or needs it for personal uses.

This diffuser is mini, but mighty. I bought it just to bring a bit of bright scent to specifically my desk as I'm sensitive to certain smells. It works so well that it freshens up the entire admin area. I'll absolutely purchase again as some of the individual office diffusers need replacing.
