It is not as durable as described. Made more for kids, not adults. I was disappointed so I gave to my 7 year old grandson.

Low quality and made for kids. Do not buy if you're an adult that needs it for training.

Don't waste your money! Filled mine with water and it has a leak! I put cardboard under it so it would have my garage floor filled with water.. I'll probably have to use sand... Anyway after using it the ball always looses back up.. The knob/screw to adjust the hight looses up to AND the bottom of the thing that holds the base loosen up also every single time u hit it for less than 5 mins! After every few hits you'll have to tighten all three back up all over again! Just a waste of money!

This product is useless! I put it all together and punched it.. It fell over and layed there! If I want to use it I have to figure out some way to weigh it down. As it is now, the bottom is not filled with anything and no way to fill it say..if I wanted to fill it with sand. No way to fill it! Useless buy.
