BoxyBoxy (Last Call — Final Stock Before Price Adjustment) Watch Winder BWS Brick Power Sharing Stack-able Without Adapter Add on Package

This is an honest review after having the product for over 8 years. I purchased this slightly over 8 years ago and have used it for multiple watches with various bands and straps. I must say, It is, as advertised, very quite. Even with all motors going at various directions and times. I currently have 8 winders and keep it in the dual row position.... I am pleased with this product and intend to purchase the maximum stackable about which is 3 rows of 4.

I've had the Brookstone version for somewhere around 10-12 years now, and one quit working. So, naturally I opened the back and it was an easy fix - searching for the drive belt (a simple O-ring) led me to these on Amazon. I added a couple of more to my 4-strip Brookstone set, and am going to add two more. These work great and look just fine, I mean they don't compete with some of the multiple-thousand dollar winders that I see, but they do the job without looking cheap. I rarely complain about price when I feel like the product justifies the cost, but insanely priced winders don't move the needle for me. These guys work just fine, and in my estimation represent a great value.

My husband loves these watch winders, as you can hook them together. Nice looking. Work well.

I bought 3 of these with a baseplate to start. They are super easy to program and are less than whisper quiet. Spare belts included! Products seem to be well made and the fact that this is a modular system is totally a bonus. I have had my watches on them for about 3 weeks now and I just love them. Highly Recommended product!

Very good format (except for 40mm+ perhaps) and controls. So versatile with stacking possibilities and various boxes or slab. With stacking you buy one unit with power adapter per base/box; up to 11 others without adapter, as the magnets link to the power source. I prefer this subtle coloration (photolabel of carbon fibre on front).Only 'con' is that now the power plug is not a vertical format, so it takes up a lot of room on power strip. Also this new version came with a tiny part but no explanation of its function.

Minimum passable quality of materials and construction. Will do the job if you receive non defective, non damaged units. Again they will do the job and are quiet about it as long as you are careful not to damage the units… So far two of four of the box units were bad out of the packaging! Not good!

Great idea. Modular and inexpensive. Looks good. Relatively quiet.

Impressive contruction, especially for the price. The ability to stack is a good feature and the power strip is great idea. However, trying to use these with larger sized stainless steel bracelets is a no go. I have about a 7 5/8" wrist and the foam pillows are just too small to keep the watches in place with metal bracelets. My watch was actually flopping around on the pillow in the very brief time I used the winder. I've down rated the Boxy because there's no mention (that I could find) of it not being usable with larger sized steel bracelets. For leather or cloth straps the winder would probably be fine, just tighten the strap to fit the pillow.

I knew this older Boxy model for several years and it still standing. That’s the reason I got another new one. It is quiet, efficient and holds my watch well. So far so good, great value, silent motor and does its job properly. That said, I am going to get another one soon. Thank you Boxy!!
