Hohner Marine Band Harmonica, Key of E

Right key

I bought this piece together with a Low D and they are both excellent so far.No problems to talk about.Hohner offers 5 low-pitched 1896-Marine-Bands below Key of G : Low D,Low Eb,Low E,Low F,Low F# I wish I could afford them all. A good harmonica

Although I love Honer harmonicas, this one has a brass edge below the the blow holes that act as razor blades on the lips. I will send it back for something else.

Works great - blues is truth

This was a part of xmas gift for my grandson who is an avid Springsteen fan and wanted same model harp as The Boss! Needless to say he loves it and is so impressed on step up in playability and sound from his Swan.

Cheap thin metal, looks like a cheap build. But the price is very much not cheap. Should not be £30. It would be acceptable at £10, but I would not want to be using a harmonica of this quality regardless of price.

One of many Marine Band harmonica's I have bought in various keys. I find note bending a lot easier on these compared to others I have tried. Well worth paying more money for - don't but cheap if you're just starting out.

Great tone and made to last - unlike so many other models.
