I was able to replace the toppers on all 3 of my motorhome slide-outs with one box. The results look like the original. Hopefully they will last a long time. I am sure I saved about $700 to $1000 by doing it myself. I did need help. It is a 2 person job.

We spent a morning changing out our slide out covers on our 42 foot Montana 5th wheel using this stuff. Worked perfectly. Took us no time at all to complete the job and this product appears to be exactly what we pulled off it. We aren't noticing any issues thus far. We'd purchase this again if necessary but after changing out 3 slide top covers, we probably have enough to do it again.

Value compared to retailers

Great alternative to custom toppers, I got the product quickly, and price was reasonable. I was able to replace all 4 toppers with the length of the material sent. This topper is lighter in weight/thickness than the ones I replaced, which I had custom ordered and lasted about 5 years. Hope these last as long or longer!

So easy to work with. Cut at desired length and install. Installed 2 rolls now and the only bad thing is the first roll was not exactly cut at perfect 90 degrees angle so I had to cut it first. You can cut with scissor or gypse knife

The original topper is stitched down the sides, this is not so it's unknown how resilient it will be. I agree wholeheartedly that 50' for $160 is way better than 81" for $230. However, I had researched this and read the reviews about not stretching it so I was super careful to roll it out of the box. It took me a bit to cut through it with a razor knife so that gave me some hope. It was easy to install but as careful as I was one side was tight and the other had a sag in it. I had to slide the material way to one side of the roller just to make it somewhat better. It's not horrible but, if it was stretched like that right out of the box it makes me wonder how long it will last. Hopefully, it will!(Update) I had mentioned in this review that I had to slide the material over on the roller after being very careful to center everything. It made a big difference and as I looked at it I noticed that the original was the same way so maybe there was a reason for it. The longer this Solaris material has been on the slide out, the more it has settled in. It worked out fine the remainder of the camping season. I will update again as we go into next season.

They sent the wrong color I ordered black and they sent white

Product is the same as at local dealers and a lot more economical.
